In a quiet environment, family house, in the heart of the chateaux of the Loire with floor, large enclosed garden of 1500 m2 sheltered from view and private heated pool.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen and very equipped, double living room overlooking furnished and spacious porch of 35m2 (living room and dining room, barbecue) overlooking the pool (8mx4m and 1.50m of prof) heated and secure (electric shutter standards and electric vacuum) and its solarium beach, independent toilets
 1st floor :
- 1 "yellow" room with bed 140 + wardrobe, dresser, chair and bedside tables
- 1 room "chalk" with a bed of 160 consisting of 2 mattresses hung and can be detached and 1 bed 1 person with wardrobe and bedside table + chair;
- independent dressing room
- shower room renovated, and separate toilet.
Supply of linens on request. TV, DVD, dishwasher, hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and utensils in large numbers.
This private house is located in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire, a historic area listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, 10 minutes from the Château de Meung sur Loire and its banks, the medieval town of Beaugency and the basilica of Cléry St André, 20 minutes from Sologne, 1/2 hour from Chambord, 45 minutes from Blois and 1 hour from Amboise Castle, Cheverny, Chenonceau and Beauval Zoo .........

Séjour très agréable
La propriétaire est une personne charmante, attentionnée et aux petits soins pour les explications. La maison est une maison avec une âme et c'est très agréable. Que dire de la piscine, nous en avons profité au maximum avec ces chaleurs sans oublier les très belles visites du zoo de Beauval et du château de Chambord situe pas très loin. Séjour magnifique, à refaire ....pourquoi pas !

Superbe piscine
On a passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison. La grande véranda est très agréable avec la belle vue sur le jardin. Le jardin est très grand et sans vis-à-vis. Mais le plus de la maison est vraiment la piscine qui est superbe. Elle est grande et belle, et en plus elle n'est pas traité au chlore mais au sel, du coup il n'y a pas l'odeur désagréable du chlore. Nos enfants de 7 et 9 ans se sont bien amusés dans le jardin et la piscine. Le seul petit point négatif est le bruit de la route dans les chambres, mais cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé.

A real home from home
A real welcome from Claudie to her families summer home which is equipped to a standard for their own enjoyment. She also helped to arrange a Doctors appointment for my wife who was ill. On the one day that the weather was bad the central heating came on automatically. Heated pool 29/30 degrees! We swam every day, taking advantage of a calm between the storms on the bad day. We were only there for a week but that was time enough to form a personal relationship with the bakers shop in the local village, Lailly-en-Val. The Sunday market just across the river in Meung-sur-Loire is not to be missed and the Zoo Parc du Beauval a short drive south is very special, their bird show is fantastic. If we are able we shall visit again.

Lovely house with great pool in a quiet village
We stayed in Dry for 7 nights in August 2018 and had a great time. The house is more than big enough for a family of 4 and the heated pool was excellent. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you will need and we used the BBQ a few times too. Mme Debailleux was very welcoming and helpful. The only downsides were that tabac and small convenience store in the village were closed for the whole of our stay, meaning we needed to drive to Meung sur Loire (but that is a lovely town!). Also, there is no internet at the house as listed. The Loire region is brilliant. We spent a morning kayaking near Blois and most of a day using the bike hire at the Tourist Information in Meung. The bike path on the Loire is majority traffic free and really nice.

Calme et reposant
Notre séjour au sein de la maison de Mme Debailleux a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Belle maison de caractère, propre,bien entretenue, dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La piscine chauffée est très belle et un vrai plus. Le jardin est très joli. Cette maison est bien située pour visiter la région et ses chateaux. Mme Debailleux est très accueillante. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Très agréable séjour en famille
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison calme et spacieuse. La véranda, l'immense terrain et la piscine chauffée sont des points très appréciables. Idéal pour visiter la région, que se soit à proximité immédiate (Meung et Beaugency à moins de 10 minutes) ou a quelques dizaines de kilomètres (Chambord, Chenonceaux, Amboise, Zoo de Beauval à moins d'une heure et demi de route) c'est aussi l'endroit idéal pour tout simplement se reposer au calme dans un terrain immense, arboré et sans voisins exceptés quelques ânes et poneys. La piscine étant chauffée, elle reste très agréable quelque soit la météo, et la véranda permet également de profiter des extérieurs en cas de pluie. Bref, une semaine très agréable pour nous et nos enfants (5 et 9 ans)

excellent rapport/qualité prix
Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cette location tout à fait conforme au descriptif, la propriétaire est charmante et aux 'petits soins' pour ces locataires. Le village est idéalement situé entre Meung sur Loire et Beaugency, que nous vous conseillons fortement de visiter (marché local très sympathique et très bon le dimanche matin à Meung), les châteaux sont à visiter (ils appartiennent au même propriétaire avec un tarif intéressant si on visite les 2), les couchers de soleil gagnent à être vus de la véranda, des teintes extraordinaires ! ce n'est pas pour rien qu'on l'appelle la Vallée des Rois ! tous les châteaux sont à proximité (dont le magnifique château de Chambord). Quant à la piscine un pur bonheur ! chauffée et sécurisée et rien que pour nous ! j'ai particulièrement apprécié les livres laissés à la disposition des locataires qui m'ont permis de découvrir de nouveaux auteurs ! merci Claudie ! ah j'oubliais, il y a également un adoucisseur d'eau, petit plus non négligeable ! je recommande cette location à tous les amoureux de la nature, aux passionnés d'histoire, à ceux qui souhaitent la tranquillité et se ressourcer. Nos filles de 12 et 16 ans étaient ravies quant à mon choix de location cette année ! A renouveler !

fabuleux !
excellent séjour dans une maison atypique pour laquelle on tombe sous son charme, un cadre merveilleux au calme tout cela dans une région touristique, sans oublier cette fabuleuse piscine dont on ne se lasse pas un tarif rapport qualité prix de 10 sur 10 et un très bon accueil de la très sympathique propriétaire qui nous avait indiqué "vous êtes chez vous" et effectivement nous l'avons ressenti comme tel bref à recommander et à recommencer !!!

Agréable maison
Cela pourrait être la maison idéale ! Environnement sympa (campagne, aire de jeux pas loin , écureuils ,chevaux, poules...) .Meung sur loire, Beaugency pas loin .Piscine bien sur agréable ! Véranda (pièce à vivre) très appréciable. Petits bémol pour notre part , chambres donnant sur la route , et fenêtres sans doubles vitrages (mobylette) ..et déçus d'avoir dût payer une épuisette neuve , alors que l'autre à cédée au bout de 2 utilisations ! Matériel à bien vérifier du coup ! Néanmoins je recommande .

Superbe location de vavances
Location en tout(s) point(s) conforme à la description de l'annonce. Environnement très calme (Zone 30), équipement très complet, literie de qualité....et bien sûr la piscine ! Bref, rien à dire. Propriétaire super sympa et disponible. A louer sans modération. Que du bonheur...! Seul petit bémol, les escaliers...
