This beautiful two bedroom/two bath gulf front property is located in the Navarre Beach Regency community - renown for its spacious floor plans and well maintained grounds.

Online reservations must complete and return the Rental Lease Agreement within 72 hours of establishing reserved rental use. Allowed property occupancy is subject to all terms of the Rental Agreement. Guests are reminded that community cameras and facility personnel are used to ensure that compliance of all community rules and terms of rental are observed.

OCCUPANCY: The allowed occupancy of Regency #810 permits a maximum of 6 persons (including small children and infants). Occupancy Standards are defined as being "the number of persons allowed to be present inside the property at any given time". The Occupancy of all properties managed by Navarre Vacation Rentals is carefully monitored.

AMENITIES: The use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Security removing Guests from the facility. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property.

PETS: Pet animals are NOT permitted. Guest violation of the pet policy will result in the immediate termination of the Guest's rental use of the property and Guest's forfeiture of all monies paid.

SERVICE and EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS: Guests needing a Service or Emotional Support Animal must present the need for such at the time of booking.
All Guest petitions for use of a Service or Emotional Support Animal remains subject to the legal review and authorized certified acceptance by the Association's legal counsel. All required paperwork must be submitted for legal counsel review at least 30 days prior to Guest's anticipated arrival. Guests are reminded that it is a Felony to falsify the required legal documentation for the needed use of a Service or Emotional Support Animal. A charge of $450.00 will be collected at the time of booking for the express purpose of legal review and authentication. If the Association's legal counsel deems that Guest need for the use of a Service or Emotional Service Animal complies with all federal and state mandates, the charge will be refunded at the time of Check-In. Guest requests that fail to meet the required legal federal and state mandates will forfeit the monies paid and it will be used for the payment of legal counsel fees and charges.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of a major mechanical failure or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property if available.

RENTAL RATES: Rental Rates remain subject to change and reflect property availability levels.

SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior area of this property. Any Guest violation of the NO SMOKING Policy will result in the immediate termination of Guest's rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional financial charges may be applied to Guest's Credit Card for any needed Repairs, Property Replacements or Smoke Remediation efforts.
