Renovated house, well equipped, in a large garden of 1000m2, located in Sainte-Marine between the port and the beach, close to shops, restaurants, sailing school and tennis. Hiking trails behind the dunes or along the river Odet.

Super location and spacious property

The house is well located and only 15 minutes walk from the St Marine harbour and wonderful beach. House very comfortable with a large garden for sitting out and a BBQ. Parking on the site. All those who locally looked after the property very welcoming and excellent communication. Would recommend to friends although it sleeps 4 and you can hear everything as open plan so should be for people who know each other well!! Brilliant for walking and cycling and super maps from the B. de Tourism.
