About this property

Villa with pool in Tuscany, close to San Gimignano and Volterra

The villa is situated in the heart of Tuscany hills, between Volterra, famous etruscan and medieval city, and San Gimignano, famous all over the world for its characteristic towers. It' s also surraunded by 5 hectares of country with a little wood and a nice little lake. There is also a parking area.
The farmhouse is the ideal way to spend a quiet holiday and pets are welcome. Outside there is a swimming pool and there is a big olive grove all around. There's also a nice barbeque area with space for eating and a children's play-ground.If you've your own pc you can use for free or wi-fi connection.

Sejour à l'Agriturismo la Fonte

Nous sommes venus en vacances à l'Agriturismo la Fonte en 2017 et y sommes retournés en 2018. C'est vous dire comme vous avons aimé notre séjour. Katia et toute la famille sont des personnes très généreuses. Le cadre est idéal pour le repos et avons apprécié la ville de Volterra, située tout près où il est possible de s'enrichir tant culturellement que visuellement. Je vous recommande cette propriété, vous ne serez pas déçus. J'en profite pour embrasser Katia, Fernando, Anna et toute la famille et leur dis à très bientôt. Sylvie et Dominique - FRANCE

Hi, I'm Katia and with my family I work in agriturismo La fonte from 2005. I was born in Volterra in 1977 and I love this area. My passion is cook (I'm not a Master Chef, but I like to cook Italian dishes and eat them with my family and my friends. In May 2022 with my husband I opened a brewery 3 km far from the farmhouse. We produce beer with the cereals produced in our farm. We've also the tap room

Why they chose this property

I suggest you to have an holiday at agriturismo La fonte because is avery quite place, in the middle of Tuscany's hills and very close to the village (called Villamagna: it's a caratteristic Tuscany's village with shops and services). From here is easy visit the most important Tuscany's cities: Florence, Siena, Lucca and Siena (45/50 minutes by car). In 15 minutes you can go in Volterra and in 20 minutes in San Gimignano. Since 1 year we opened our craft brewery 3 km far from the agriturismo: we produce organic cereal and we make beer with them. There's a tap room where you can taste our beers.
