Beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath townhouse...... fully decorated and stocked in a Hawaiian style. KoOlina is an idyllic resort located on the west side of Oahu...4 lagoons make swimming and snorkeling a dream. The best restaurants , Golf Course, Disney and Four Seaons Hotel just 3 minutes down the road. The town of Kapolei is a short drive with movies, nightlife ,shopping, and restaurants. Honolulu and the airport is a short 20 minute drive. Parking for 2 cars on the property. KoOlina Hillside Villas is a fabulous location for your next vacation... 30 day minimum rental . No maximum…The den is very small good for ONE person...5 -6 people Maximum for this rental. PLease note the is a $100 maximum per month allotted for the use of air conditioning...any excess will from be collected rom the guests or deducted from security deposit, or billed back to their home
