Late 19th century B&B along the Piney. Great jump off point for Nelson 151, Shenandoah trails, Lynchburg, etc. Room was cozy and clean with a short walk to the creek. Small general store across the street for any small needs. Easy check-in/out.
A girlfriend and I stayed at the property a couple of nights over a holiday weekend and had a lovely time. It’s close enough to Lynchburg if you want more action and central to several wineries. Tiffany was great, left us little notes and breakfast each morning - perfect! It was those little things that made this trip even better. One thing to note (I can’t recall if it’s in the description): the bathroom is on the second floor with your own porch area while the bedroom is on the third floor. It wasn’t much of a bother, the porch and steps are well lit in case you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The private porch area was perfect for hanging out and the beds were both very comfortable. I’d definitely return!
Very nice property, hosts were very helpful. The area is very quiet. Moderately close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Only stayed one night, but it was very enjoyable. Room is upstairs with access from the outside.
I loved this little B&B! The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There is a general store/gas station directly across the street. The views of the country were beautiful. Breakfast was served in a cute basket. It was served hot and was delicious!
We had such a great time! Property was beautiful, room was very clean and so cute!
Very close to hiking and lots of breweries. Breakfast was included and delicious! The property owners were very sweet and easy to contact. We will definitely be back!
