501 Paradise Ridge - Family Accomodation on Mt Washington

Paradise Ridge is aptly named! This private top floor, open concept, three-bedroom corner condo is perfect for families. Arrive to a clean, spacious suite with all the comforts of home, including: a dining area that seats eight, living room, fully equipped kitchen and private deck. Sleeps six guest comfortably. Enjoy the use of an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna; covered parking, and a ski locker! This condo features beautiful views of Mount Washington and is the perfect place to return to after exploring Mount Washington, Strathcona Park or one of the many beautiful places in the Comox Valley and beyond.

Important information

The Pool, Sauna and Hot Tub are all open during the summer and winter when the ski hill is operating. During the spring and fall just the hot tub and sauna are open for use.

Rates/Additional Information

- The minimum stay is 2 nights

- All posted rates exclude taxes – MRBT (3%) and PST (8%) will be added to the total

- A $250 refundable damage deposit will be added to the total and refunded after check out.

- Cancellations/refunds are not allowed unless the period can be re-booked.

- Pets are not permitted (strata bylaw)

- Smoking is not permitted inside the condo, on the deck or anywhere on the property.

- 2024/25 Holiday Rates:

- December 20, 2024 to January 5, 2025

- February 14/25 to February 16/25

- March 14/25 to April 1/25

Great property, perfect location - had everything needed for a short stay. A huge drawback however for a longer stay, was that there are no clothes closets in any of the three bedrooms.....nowhere to hang clothing except for a front hall closet!

We had a great stay in Mt Washington, the place is just as it was advertised. It was great value, my only suggestion would be more pillows 😊. Thanks for renting out your wonderful condo to us, we’ll be back!

Amazing vacation
We had one of our best vacations ever at Paradise Ridge! It was a beautiful condo with incredible views of the mountain. We loved waking up in the morning and watching the Hawk Chair make its way up the mountain. The location was perfect and my children enjoyed all of the games. Thank you again for a beautiful trip!

Was a great stay
Responsive and generous hosts. They were accommodating to us and our needs for our special needs daughter. Generous and warm in allowing us to feel comfortable. Weather was not great for us , would have loved to have the use of hot tub and sauna which were under repairs. Would have liked the oool to be heated . I think it was somewhat heated but we still found it cold. Parking and everything else was clearly laid out by hosts so it was helpful.

Relax in the mountains
My husband and I had a lovely and relaxing stay in this well appointed accommodation. We would happily stay again, as the hosts were so easy to communicate with, the beds were so comfy, and the spacious place was so great to unwind in! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on the mountain!

We were up the mountain for a wedding the location was excellent. Our condo was clean, well equipped had nice bedding. The pool and surrounding area was clean and such a treat we would all highly recommend this property. Clean and comfortable!
We had perfect sunny weather during our 3 day trip here. The mountain is gorgeous in the snow and the condo was bright and cheerful. It was great to be on the top floor, and the kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable. Good blackout blinds and quiet nights. The pool , hot tub and sauna were open but we didn’t use them. Nice to have though. Great location, close to the Nordic area where we skied, and beautiful views of the ski hill on one side and the mountains on the other side. Very clean and well laid out. Comfortable. We loved our stay here and would love to return in the summer. The host was quick to respond to our questions. Thank you so much Amber!

Comfortable condo
The condo was clean, pleasant and spacious for 6 people. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The bedrooms were small but adequate and the beds were comfortable. It was very hot during our stay so we were most thankful for the swimming pool. The surrounding mountains are spectacular but the area around the condo is unattractive in summer and we found the security lights at night disturbed our sleep.

Perfect location
We were able to enjoy the mountain with the beach and other sites within a 30 minute drive. Perfect location. Great amenities. We had lots of fun in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub and sauna and using the grill. Thanks for a great stay!

Moms getaway
My two best friends and I stayed at this property to have a getaway to catch up with each other and have a nice quiet weekend. The space was perfect with three bedrooms a large living room and kitchen and everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was great the views were great and our hosts were very helpful. Our weekend exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful time.

Property was very clean. Dishes were chipped, mismatched mugs. Staying for three nights we didn’t expect to have to bring our whole kitchen cupboard.. Some of the necessities for cooking would have been nice. Overall a 7 out of 10 We had to contact the owner about how to close the door of the front load washer and a ceiling fan that wouldn’t turn off

This condo was perfect for our family. The condo and building facilities were clean, the condo had all the amenities we needed, and the area was quiet (summer time). Communications from the owner were prompt and clear. We had a lovely stay!

Great place to stay at Mt Washingyon
My group (3 middle aged couples) had a very comfortable stay at this unit during the summer season. We were impressed by the cleanliness and the lovely decor. The pool was great. Nice to have a bbq and appreciated the underground parking for our motorbikes. Road up is a sweet, twisty ride. The TV wasn’t working but I didn’t care as I was too busy for that but a couple of the group members were disappointed. The coffee maker was finicky but I figured it out. I can imagine it would be a fabulous place to stay during the ski season. I would highly recommend this unit. Thanks to the owners for sharing it with us.

We were delighted with the spaciousness and brightness of the condo. It was an absolute palace compared to the last place we rented. Amber was very easy to communicate with and quick to reply to my emails. We also enjoyed being so close the Raven Lodge since we were here on a hiking holiday AND after a long hot, dusty day on the trails that swimming pool was really appreciated! Loved having a full sized fridge. We were able to store our bag of ice that we used in the cooler to use again on the way home. It did get a bit hot at night, but fortunately there are fans available to use.

Family Weekend
We spent the weekend in this condo and where impressed. The place is larger than it looks in the pictures and is spotless clean. The quality of the bedding, towels and furniture was great as well. I hope we can go back next season!

Why they chose this property

This property is actually the same one we have rented for years and have always loved it. Its the top floor with amazing views of the ski hill. The building is perfectly located with ski in/out access and walking distance to the village. Our family loves to explore all the hiking trails close by.
