Gorgeous three bed, three bath in the heart of Breckenridge. An easy two minute walk to Main Street and minutes from anywhere you want to go to in Downtown Breckenridge. This house has everything you could ever need. Beautifully appointed, fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Deck with gas grill, gas fire pit, and table and chairs; perfect for apres ski by the fire or kids making s’mores.
Spacious Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom on second floor. Third bedroom with pull-out sofa-bed and private bathroom on the first floor, includes Peleton bike and WaterRower.
Living room with welcoming gas fireplace and entertainment center, including Apple TV, Netflix, etc. Dining table with space for 8. One car garage with space to store skis and boards.
Comfortably sleeps six, with optional inflatable bed included so could sleep 8.
Both Peak 9 and Peak 8 Gondola ten minutes walk from the house, but also serviced by Breckenridge bus service from in front of the house, which runs every 20 minutes during the day. A grocery store, Carter Park sledding hill, playground and bike path are within a few steps of this gorgeous townhouse.
