Welcome to Nine Iron #9! This large and beautiful lodge style home comes with NEW furniture throughout the home as well as many upgrades. This home sleeps up to 18 people comfortably in the 7 bedroom, 7 bath,with over 4100 square feet of living space. You will enjoy a pool table, 16 Unlimited SHARC Passes, and a brand new 9 person Hot Tub while staying in this home.

Nine Iron #9 is sure to please the entire group. From granite counter tops, a 5 range stove, to dual ovens and microwaves, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. There is also a second refrigerator in the garage for extra room!
This home provides plenty of entertainment for the entire family! Located in a quieter neighborhood of upscale homes, this home is close to the bike paths and has brand new decking and hot tub. Cozy up next to the fireplace in the living room, or enjoy a movie on one of the 9 TV's that come with Blue Ray players. The living room also features a 75" 4K TV with 4K/Blue Ray/DVD Player!

The lower level of this home includes 3 bedrooms: The Benham Falls suite features a log king canopy bed, private bathroom with dual sink vanity, large tile shower and large soaking tub. This room also provides its own private access to the deck. The Wild Wild West room features a Queen sleigh style bed and attached bathroom with tile shower. The Golf Room has a king mission style bed and private bathroom with single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

There are four bedrooms upstairs as well as the bonus room. The Black Diamond Chalet is a winter sports themed room with a king bed, private bathroom with dual sink and a tile shower. The Cowboy Bunkhouse has two sets of twin bunk beds ( 4 beds total), with an attached bathroom that features a single sink vanity and a tub/shower combo. The Fishing Room has a king size log bed, and a private bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. The Forest Cabin Room has a twin/full bunk bed with an additional single trundle bed. The attached bathroom is shared with the Bear Den and features a dual vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. The Bear Den includes the pool table, Pac-Man cocktail table, 65" flat screen TV plus a single bunk/full futon couch combination.

Nine Iron #9 comes with some of your favorite outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy!! Challenge your family members to a game of cornhole or disc golf. Memories are sure to be made. The home also comes with 8 pickleballs if you would like to go to the pickleball courts to play.

With all of these amenities plus A/C, this home is sure to delight all of your guests while here in Sunriver. 15 bikes (13 adult, 1 kids, 1 toddler)

Hit and miss - slightly disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property in general was really well kept. It was clean and well thought out. It could use a little updated in some of the bathrooms, but nothing terrible.The main disappointment was that the hot tub did not work. That was a big selling point for us and we planned our evening around it. When I inquired with the night receptionist, she was rude and short.The day receptionist was great and sent someone out to the property to look at it. The maintenance guy came out and said that they had drained it the day before. This is something the guests should know in advance. Our entire party got dressed for the hot tub for it to only be ice cold. Total damper on the night. Check the amenities better and notify guests of anything that is broken.

We have stayed in over 20 houses in the past 10 years and this was our absolute favorite! The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for all our food in the pantry and garage shelves. The rooms comfortable and quiet. Our teens and young kids loved all the bikes and games. The neighborhood was wonderful, we enjoyed the SHARC passes and being able to float the river without having to drive to Bend. We absolutely plan to come back!

Family reunion at the Nine Iron

Two days out of a five day stay at this property. Forest fire smoke shut down most outdoor activities with the exception of golf. This house was large enough and had amenities to keep a family reunion of 16 well entertained when smoke restricted outdoor activities. This is a great house . As soon as you enter and see the interior decor you know this house is a cut above.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a lovely house. The house was even nicer than the pictures. The kitchen was so well supplied. There was lots of room for all of our supplies. We were grateful for having two microwaves, two ovens and two fridges! Great location. It was short bike ride to the falls. Bike trails were very close to the home. We had a large group of people staying in a home right behind ours. I expected it be really loud. But once we went inside we couldn't even hear them. The little ones really enjoyed the free passes to the pools and water slides. Although it was crowded it wasn't overwhelmingly so. The resort village shopping was a fun place to explore too. We took a hike in the lava caves - they were so close to our rental. This house is very well done!

Great family vacation!

This house was really comfortable for our 4 families (kids, teens, parents) plus grandparents! Loved having all the rooms and bathrooms. The foosball and pool table were a hit, and it was great to have so many bikes to use! The management company was also very responsive to questions. We had a great time in Sunriver!

Our Annual Family Reunion.

Reviewer Comments: Each year our family of 18 spends a week at the end of July in Sunriver, taking advantage of the many activities available; biking, floating, swimming, hiking, and mainly enjoying each other's company.We were pleased with 9 Iron Lodge, which we rented for the first time this year. We found it clean and comfortable. There was space to park 5 vehicles in the driveway.We had some minor issues with a couple of appliances, solved promptly by Sunset's personable and competent maintenance man, Mike. With some supplemental plastic chairs provided by Sunset and a folding table we brought, all 18 of us could assemble for dinner on the deck each evening. Each bedroom was equipped with a fan to keep air circulating at night. My only complaint would be the lack of a small chair in the bedrooms and, at least in the master suite shower on the first floor which had a flow restrictor reducing water flow to a such an extent that my wife had difficulty washing her hair. I found it annoying as well. We have reserved a week at 9 Iron Lodge for 2024.**** and Pat Twiss

Excellent resort. House was delightful with lots of room for the 12 of us. Refrigerator didn't work and their attempts to fix it were unsuccessful, despite claiming it had been fixed.

Sunriver family reunion

There were 15 family members and we had plenty of room in the kitchen and living room to be comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The hot tub and bicycles were well used. Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and Thanksgiving with our children and grandchildren

The house worked out well for us. All adults had their own room and bathroom, and plenty of beds for the grandchildren, many very good bikes for all ages and plenary of sharc passes for the kids to wear off steam swimming. Cooking facilities were wonderful and plenty of dishes for the crew of 17…it helped us to have a very memorable week! (Fireworks for the Christmas tree lighting added to the celebration!)

Excellent home in Sunriver Resort!!

We truly enjoyed our family reunion at this property in Sunriver Resort. The home had all of the necessities needed for travelers coming from near and afar. Highly recommend this home to others that need personal space (all bedrooms have their own bathroom) while also large common rooms for everyone to gather.

There was room to spare in all of the bedrooms and one room we did not use at all. Kitchen has lots of equipment including multiple coffee machines. The only thing missing is a great chef’s knife so bring yours along with you if you plan to cook a lot. There are games and activities all throughout the house, so much to keep you entertained. We all loved our stay and wish we could have been there even longer. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others. Lovely home, thank you for sharing it with us!
