This second-floor unit has one bedroom, featuring one full-sized bed, as well as a sofa bed. The kitchen has been recently renovated is fully equipped with stylish granite countertops and stainless steel kitchen. Living space has two large windows, letting in plenty of natural light, as well as a comfortable couch and a flat-screen television.

A parking space can be rented for $15 per night.

Public transportation is less than a 5 minute walk, under 10 min walk to Longwood Medical area, under 10 minutes to two large centers (Brookline Village and Coolidge Corner) that offer restaurants, shopping, and more...walk to train and be in Boston in minutes.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Parking is available at $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.
