Limeade is the perfect place for your next vacation in Port Aransas.
Great for a large family or 2 families to share Limeade is located in Spencer's Landing between 11th and Station St. This very spacious 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom house that sleeps up to 10 including the sofa sleeper. It also has great outdoor areas for chillin out under the house or up on the balcony.
There is lots of parking and the community pool is only steps away. Just a quick walk or drive to the beach.
This house is located in in the golf cart approved driving area.

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
NO large groups or loud parties allowed.

Limeade Rocks!

Limeade is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart and used it to get around to restaurants, shopping, attractions and the beach! Best weekend girl trip ever!!

We enjoyed our stay, tha home was clean, with the exception of blankets & sheets from previous use of the home were not washed, folded and put away, seems the cleaning crew does not sweep or mop behind couch, tables, ect. Will stay there on our next girl trip.

Amazing stay in Port A

This was our first time staying at the Limeade but definitely will not be our last. We can't wait to come back to the beach and to Limeade! Melissa was great to work with and the property was perfect. There was plenty of space to relax, the kids had their own room, and the outdoor space was great for hanging out! The property had everything we needed for our 4 day visit! Loved that we were central to stores, the coffee shop, and the beach all just minutes away by car or cart! We had an amazing time! 🤗🏖️🙏🌅😎

Limeade

We love the location of the limeade. Everything we needed and plenty of space. House needs a deep cleaning but overall it was ok. Plenty of towels and nice bed linens. Just needs more dish cloths. We only had two dish towels and no wash cloths. . We went to the dollar store and bought wash cloths and dish towels. This home is in Spencer’s Landing and it’s the location we request every year. We will stay again.

Limeade is Perfect!

This house was better than we expected! Furniture has been updated and the decor is so impressive. The house was spacious and welcoming. We had great neighbors and the pool is literally one house over. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We will definitely stay here any time we come to Port Aransas! You will not be disappointed.😊❤️🌴

We have stayed at several properties in Spencer's Landing. Limeade is a great location, near the pool, and an easy drive or walk to the beach. Kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed the downstairs bar and party lights too.
