The property, which extends over 3 hectares, is located on the Tyrrhenian coast, and is surrounded by hills. The location offers magnificent views of the landscapes and the tranquility of a region that is still intact. The sun, the aroma of herbs and the family atmosphere of the house, characterize this little corner of Tuscany at any time of the year.
The farm offers you the opportunity to discover nature with a complete immersion in the sounds and smells of a real campaign.

'Libeccio': BEDS 2 PEOPLE
Located on the front of the house, facing the sea, the hills and the picturesque Lake Santa Luce. Equipped with double bed, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower. The studio overlooks a private patio with table and chairs. It is ideal for a couple.

The villages that are a few minutes drive from the farm offer several places of interest: the WWF oasis at the picturesque Santa Luce Lake for nature lovers and wildlife, the famous Buddhist center of Pomaia for all those who seek a place of peace and spirituality. For relaxation after a day at the beach nothing better than the baths of Casciana!
The sea and the beaches
At 20 minutes drive you can reach the beaches of Castiglioncello and Vada, about 45 minutes away from Bibbona, Donoratico and the wonderful Gulf of Baratti. From Piombino (1 hour), you can also embark for the islands of the archipelago!
Archaeological sites and cities of art
A short distance from the farmhouse (1 hour maximum) are the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and the important historical and archaeological sites: Pisa, Siena, Volterra, S. Gimignano, Lucca, Florence and the beautiful villages of Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Casale Marittimo. At the Gulf of Baratti rises the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia, which is part of the archaeological and naturalistic park.
