Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice location but not very clean

for two 22 year olds it didn’t bother us too much but the house wasn’t very clean and the attention to detail for this property was very neglected. The house is nice for 2 people but it could definitely be improved with some tlc and cleaning.

This place is TIRED…CANNOT RECOMMEND!

Needs a fresh coat of interior paint Needs new appliances; all old and grimy/rusty Needs a thorough cleaning Bathroom and kitchen hardware needs replacing; towel rack in bathroom falling off wall Needs a proper heating system that works; portable heaters are dangerous and the one provided has broken controls Only positives are the bedding and location: those were both excellent!

Lovely Cottage, good location

cottage is lovely and equipped with everything you need. we stayed for 9 nights. nice outside area. the area is good, 20 minutes to walk until PB, big supermarkets and restaurants and everything else that you need is very close.

Interesting stay for sure

Thought this location was close to the beach but it was a good 30 minute walk to any water which was not a bad thing just didn’t know. We happened to come during a heat wave but there was no Air conditioning ( like what was stated in the description) also had plenty of heaters but no fan - we had to go buy a box fan from ACE. other then those two complaints it was a decent place to stay.

Cozy

We enjoyed the convenient and quiet location. Parking on the street was always available. Laundry was excellent. We stayed 3 weeks and storage was limited. TV is a Roku tv and very limited unless one is a streamer and belongs to personal services. This unit should be limited to two occupants.

A pleasant alternate to a hotel room.

Well located next to food and gas in Mission Bay area. Relatively quiet surroundings. Parking slot may require some negotiation with neighbor (to move their spare vehicle out of it). Nice interior decor, ROKU channel was working on TV. Kitchen was well equipped and small microwave oven had been added ;). Some maintenance needed on a few items (- one star),

Flies everywhere & no parking

When we arrived there was a swarm of flies on the stairs by the front gate, due to fruit falling off the trees that hadn't been cleaned up. Once inside there were also many flies in the house. Not all the windows have screens, so we could not open them to get more fresh air in the house. We tried to park in the reserved space and it was taken. It is also in the alley, which you cannot get to from the house because you have to walk through the yard behind. There are "Beware of Dog" signs on both sides, so it is impassable. You have to walk all the way around to get to it, very inconvenient. There was usually street parking. The house was nice enough and bed comfortable, but I wouldn't stay again.

Charming

Great location, close to beaches and buses. We were here in August, very warm, cracked open front and back doors to get a breeze going through, screen doors would have allowed the doors to be opened completely. The description for this unit is accurate.

Great Stay

This listing was perfect for me! It's small, and ideal for hair 1-2 people, but it's very adorable and convenient. I had a great stay at it and enjoyed all of its amenities, especially how close it was to the beach.

Home was not as advertised. No AC so very hot at check in. Looked like a construction project still in the works. No room to move even for only two people. We left immediately and found other accommodations.

Quaint, but good location!

Smaller than I thought, but it is a single family house and conveniently located to get to all attractions and beaches easily. Couple of suggestions is to get a set of wine glasses and an umbrella for the patio seating.

Beautiful Studio

Beautiful studio that was perfect for our little family of 4 (2 under 2 yo). Well equipped with everything that we needed for our 2 day stay. Nice back patio. Great location, walking distance to the bay and Fanuel Park. Our only issue was that a neighbor was parked in the “assigned” parking spot in the ally. We contacted the property management company and we were told that all we could do is have them towed. We asked the back neighbors if it was their vehicle and they moved it. There was also trash cans in the parking spot. Otherwise we were extremely happy with our stay and would stay again when visiting SD!!

Wonderful except one thing...

I loved it, the house was absolutely perfect bed was super comfy and the shower and kitchen were lovely. The only thing was there was no thermostat, and it was COLD, it's January, and sometimes a blanket doesn't do it. But besides that, I would highly recommend especially if it's the summertime.

Great location and comfy bed. Two things to know if you are renting via VRBO: Owner will not respond to any inquiries sent via VRBO. You need to email Vacasa or use the Vacasa app if you want a response. Also, TV is listed as an amenity, and there is a flat screen TV on the wall, but according to a response from Vacasa, television is not one of the amenities available. If there's something you want to watch (in our case a Bowl Game), be prepared to watch on your own device.

Pacific beach bungalow

Quiet, peaceful, walkable, (15 min walk to the beach and all the fun spots at PB and Mission Beach), clean, and super comfy! Would definitely stay here again!!
