Erholsame Tage

Ein schönes und gepflegtes Objekt, wir haben es genossen und können es empfehlen. Eine Freude ist die Hauskatze Dolce, die alle Herzen im Sturm erobert. Sie freut sich über Wasser und Trockenfutter!

Superbe !

Le chalet est très confortable, et offre une vue magnifique sur la nature, les collines et la mer. Chaque matin, se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux et chaque soir dîner face au coucher du soleil était un vrai régal. Nous sommes restés 15 jours ce qui nous a permis de prendre le temps de visiter les environs. Randonnées pedestre et aquatique, baignades, visites des villages alentours ont rythmé nos vacances. La qualité de l’accueil de Daniel est très appréciable, merci pour tes conseils, ton rosé et ta gentillesse ☺️

Daumen hoch!

Wir waren 3 Nächte bei Daniel und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einchecken problemlos, ebenso die Kommunikation per Mail, da Daniel selbst im Urlaub war. Die Zufahrt durch die engen Gassen etwas spannend aber auch zu meistern mit unserem Opel Kombi. Sonnenuntergang atemberaubend!! Vielen Dank Daniel.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Chalet in Holzbauweise, sauberer Pool , den man sich allerdings mit dem anderen Gästehaus teilen muss, freundlicher Gastgeber der bereits eine ToDo Liste mit Aktivitäten zur Hand hatte

Traumhafter Sonnenuntergang

Abseits gelegen bietet die Ferienwohnung viel Ruhe und vor allem spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge, die man von der Terrasse aus genießen kann. Dazu kommen „Insider-Tipps“ des außerordentlich freundlichen Vermieters.

Schönes Haus, ruhige Lage mit Blick zum Meer

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, erholsame Woche in dem Ferienhäuschen. Die Ausstattung war gut, Dusche top, alles da, was man benötigt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben wir für 10 € / Person dazu gebucht. Dinge der Grundausstattung (wie Spüli/Spülmachinentabs/WC-Papier/Kaffee/Öl/Salz,..) waren vorhanden. Auch ein Sonnenschirm, den man mit an den Strand nehmen kann, haben wir im Haus gefunden, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Wäscheleinen, Wäscheständer. Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit Blick über die Terrasse zum Meer. Die Terrasse mit 2 Liegen, Tische und Couch ist teilweise überdacht, so dass wir immer im Freien gegessen haben, der Blick zum Meer ist toll. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es unterhalb der Häuser Feigenbäume und Obst, das wir essen durften. Die Übergabe, Betreuung und Unterstützung war super. Daniel kommt vorbei, wenn es nötig ist, er gibt viele Tipps und kümmert sich um alles. Wichtig zu wissen: Das Haus liegt auf einem Grundstück zusammen mit 2 anderen Ferienhäusern, die ebenfalls Daniel gehören und zeitgleich vermietet waren. Es ist ein Haus mit 2 identische Wohneinheiten, die aneinander gebaut sind und somit auch Terrasse an Terrasse liegen, getrennt durch einen Sichtschutz (wie ein Doppelhaus). Wir hatten eines davon. Daneben kommt dann der Pool mit Liegen für alle und daran schließt sich noch ein weiteres, größeres Ferienhaus an, in dem während unserem Aufenthalt 2 Familien waren. Alle nutzen auch den Pool. Während unserem Aufenthalt war der Pool meistens von den anderen drei Familien besetzt, wenn wir von Ausflügen heimgekommen sind, so dass wir ihn als Erwachsene nur 1x genutzt haben. Das sollte man wissen. Wir hatten das bei der Buchung leider nicht gelesen und vorher gedacht, wir wären alleine auf dem Grundstück. Aber es war trotzdem recht ruhig und sehr angenehm. Zum Strand kann man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten fahren, in die nächst größere Stadt Aljacco benötigt man ca. 20 Minuten. Unsere Empfehlung: Dort auf jeden Fall in dem korsischen Restaurant 20123 essen gehen! Wichtig zu wissen: Man benötigt für alles ein Auto. Spaziergang ab dem Haus, Einkaufen oder Strand sind zu Fuß nicht möglich. Geschäfte für Lebensmittel sind in ca. 10-15 Min, mit dem Auto erreichbar, wer mal ein bisschen zu Fuß gehen möchte, muss auf der Straße laufen - die Frage ist nur wohin? Das hat uns persönlich nicht gefallen, aber das Ansichtssache. Fazit: Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem gut eingerichteten Haus - Danke Daniel!

Séjour très agréable

Très bon séjour au chalet ! Super équipé avec tout le kit d'accueil et équipements enfznts, beaux espaces et vue incroyable. On apprécie le calme, la vue somptueuse et l'accueil de Daniel aux petits soins. Un petit regret : ne pas avoir préciser que les espaces sont partagés et que 3 maisons sont louées sur la priorité. Avec des enfants en bas âge et un peu turbulents, on n'est pas toujours très discrets et cela peut nous gêner ou gêner les autres de vivre ces " turbulences"! Cela n'enlève rien au charme du lieu mais devrait être mieux indiqué que les maisons sont mitoyennes.

Wie im Paradies

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in Daniels paradiesischem Ensemble an der Westküste, wobei uns Daniel wieder mit seiner herzlichen und unkomplizierten Art begeistert hat. Das Häuschen aus Holz versprüht absolute Wohnlichkeit und alles ist sehr praktisch. Das Herausragendste ist sicherlich der Sonnenuntergang. Niergends ist er schöner!

Belle villa avec coucher de soleil garanti

Super séjour dans cette belle villa à la vue imprenable. Endroit parfait pour découvrir Ajaccio et les alentours avec les calanques de Piana sans les inconvénients de la foule. Très belle plage à cinq minutes. Nous y retournerons. Merci Daniel!

Nice house in a beautiful location with stunning views

We lived 2 adults and 2 kids (4 and 6 yo) for a week in Daniel's residence. The house is in great condition and the views are excellent. All the listed items are present and although no air condition is here, the house is relatively good at keeping cool and the colder mountain air in the evening helps keep the nights inside colder. There is a fan available, which was a pleasant surprise as it was not listed. Our only few remarks is that the distance listed to the beach and to Ajaccio is a little longer, at least for us driving. 20 minutes to Ajaccio center and 8 minutes to the beach is more realistic. Doesn't matter too much though. The pool is not big, but does the job. The pool doesn't quite live up to the cleanliness of the rest of the facilities and could do with a proper cleaning. Perhaps we have just been unlucky, but since it was a major part of our decision to rent this property it is dragging the review one star down. We would however definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a well equipped and good sized property with fantastic scenery with plenty of birds of prey to be spectated in flight. Nothing beats dining on the terraces here while enjoying the bird life and later watching the sun set in the ocean, which the view is perfect for.
