- THE CORDIALITY - Apartment n - 1 sea view

You will benefit from a kitchen equipped with 2 induction hobs, fridge freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine and SMEG toaster, kettle, microwave, raclette machine as well as all cookware and dishes.

A room with double bed 140/190 with flat screen TV and free wifi. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Bathroom with WC, sink, walk-in shower providing soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. There is also a hand steamer and a hair dryer.

Our animal friends are unfortunately not accepted.
Our smoking friends are only accepted outside in our enclosed courtyard.

Private terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs. Enclosed garden with wooden picnic table available. Outdoor shower and barbecue.

-LA CORDIALITÉ- is located in the seaside district of Onival, just north of the city of AULT. The city center is reachable in 10 minutes on foot where you will find pharmacy, bakery, café-tabac, restaurants, press, mini-market ... ect

Onival beach 500m walk from -LA CORDIALITÉ- stretches for 8 kilometers towards Cayeux. Unmissable for family outings on the sand at low tide, shrimp fishing, and lovers of the great outdoors.

For athletes, it is possible to practice sand yachting or along the coast and nautical leisure with the nautical base of Ault.

Onival Beach is an ideal playground for children. They can also take advantage of the playground and skatepark located on the esplanade as well as the merry-go-round in high season. And to satisfy the whole family, beach cabin rentals are available.

Two hiking trails are possible from -LA CORDIALITÉ-:

-Circuit de Lamotte - 4h - 13 kms
Hike along the cliff between Ault and the Bois de Cise. You will be able to admire the Belle Epoque villas and the panoramas on the cliff while returning by the charming village of Saint Quentin Lamotte.

- Circuit des Huttes - 4h - 13 kms
You will leave from the heights of the seaside district of Onival and enjoy a view overlooking the coast and return to the lowlands, a swamp area where many protected species and migratory birds live in the Hâble d'Ault nature reserve.

Appartement agréable et bien conçu mais prix un peu élevé par rapport à la surface habitable

Appartement bien situé et décoré avec goût. Très bien équipé. Mais nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité-prix un peu "limite", en comparaison avec d'autres locations de même type, et surtout de maisons entières proposées au même prix. Les photos sur le site donnent l'impression que la surface habitable est plus plus importante. Nous aurions également souhaité des photos de l'extérieur. En positif : une petite terrasse à disposition ainsi qu'un jardin. En revanche, la "vue sur la mer" n'est pas directe, car le bâtiment est situé dans une rue qui ne donne pas sur la plage et la mer n'est donc visible qu'entre les deux maisons d'en face. A signaler pour plus d'objectivité au moment du choix.
