Welcome to Hook, Wine & Sinker—a waterfront 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home perfect for ocean lovers. Enjoy stunning views of Boot Key Harbor from your backyard, complete with a pool, cornhole, and a private dock for fishing. The screened lanai offers shaded outdoor dining with water views.

Inside, coastal decor fills the living area and nautical kitchen with island seating for two. Unwind after a day in the sun by watching a movie in the cozy living room with beach-inspired decor and a unique fireplace.

The Master Suite has a King bed and tranquil ambiance, while a second bedroom also features a King bed near the guest bathroom. Kids will love the dorm-style room with two twin beds. Conveniently close to stores, dining, and activities, Hook, Wine & Sinker has all you need for a memorable Florida Keys getaway.

A security camera is in place at the front door for your safety.

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. Also, although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.

Relaxing

We had a relaxing stay at the house. The view of the harbor was nice, and we enjoyed the pool. Close to area shopping and meals out. Some maintenance suggestions were submitted to Island Breeze, so hopefully these will be addressed and you should have a wonderful stay here. Would stay again.

Amazing holiday and would highly recommend.

The location was amazing being close to restaurants, supermarkets, and shops (and bait shops), yet peaceful in the house. We were also very close to the Turtle Hospital. The accommodation was perfect, each of my children having their own room and bathroom, the pool was clean, and the dock was perfect for my partner and son to fish. The dock brought an abundance of fish, and marine life including 3 nurse sharks, 2 manatees, 1 eagle ray and lots of tarpon. Would highly recommend the property.

First time to the keys and couldn’t have had a better spot to enjoy all it has to offer. Conveniently located to access all parts of the keys. The boat dock was perfect for the kids as they were able to fish sun up to sun down. Not only were the fish plentiful, we had a couple manatees that frequented the dock! Highly recommend

Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful week stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard with the pool and tropical feel was perfect. We loved that the canal was wide so the views were beautiful. We felt very safe. Loved having TV's in the two main bedrooms and having cable versus just streaming apps. Lots of extra towels. Kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time.

Great location!

We had a great stay! In perfect spot for long bike ride to 7 mile bridge, taking boat to dinner, all around great location. The house was nice with pool and views everything was great!! Would stay again if we come back to Marathon!

Amazing property

Before arriving I contacted the property manager who allowed me to park my boat trailer on the property before check in. Made a huge difference. The cleaning crew did an awesome job, the house was clean and smelled clean. As for the view and the pool there really are no words to describe the beauty. Will definitely stay here again.

Unforgettable

Beautiful house, view and very interesting marine life in the canal. We saw manatees, stingrays, horse shoe crabs and much more in the canal. The house is centrally located within town if you are interested in tours, etc. Wonderful time, we didn't want to leave.

Perfect fit

The location, the boat dock, the bedrooms, living area/eating area, screened room, THE POOL were all excellent and everything that we wanted and needed in a vacation stay!! We enjoyed all that this home had to offer!! The view was wonderful and having our own private pool was wonderful!! The shallow area was perfect for chilling and the Grandbaby to splash around in!

Pool is Everything

The pool with the backdrop of the water makes the whole experience. It was perfect for staying cool and hanging out on hot days. The rest of the house was perfectly fine, nothing special but clean and generally in good shape. Our biggest problem was with some of the lack of supplies i.e. no spare toilet paper or paper towels. Three garbage bags for a 4 night stay (with six people). Three dish washer and washing machine pods (even though they request you run both upon checkout). Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but is clearly cleaned out after every guest. There were no leftover spices, foil, oil, condiments or any of kind. Not even coffee filters for the supplied coffee pot. Not deal breakers but really would have been nice to know prior to arrival.

Great location

We loved the location of this property. Not to far from Key West. The pool was a big hit with everyone. So peaceful in that area. The house was very clean. Had lots of towels and plenty of space for our group of 6. We got to see a little shark and a manatee off the back deck. Which was really cool. The only thing I can say the house needed was a full length mirror. Us ladies want to look our best when we go out. 😊

Beautiful and peaceful

The house was perfect. Had everything we needed, was neat, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The pool was perfect, bigger than I was expecting compared to other rentals! I will definitely try to stay here again next time we come down.

Marathon week

Everything was fantastic.....the house was in need of some repairs on the screened enclosure....screen door to pool and porch had a few blown out screens. Dock ladder needs repair.......its dangerous. All of that is just feedback. The house was clean and nicely equipped. Neighbors were super nice and helpful. Few simple fixes and this house is a diamond in the rough
