ZenDeck & Courtyard - King Room & Double Room - Pet Friendly - Across from Beach

Elevated sun deck "IN THE TREE TOPS" for relaxing after a day at the beach. It has private access via a fenced courtyard entry. There is a king bed in master bedroom and full size bed in second sleeping area. It is located at the 7th street beach walkover for quick and easy beach access, approximately the length of a football field to be in the ocean and only a six block walk into town for dining and great entertainment!

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let us know the breed/s and weight/s of your dog/s upon booking.

Perfect spot

We really enjoyed our stay at ZenDeck. Loved the location. Spent a lot of time on the deck. Place had everything we needed and was just a block from the beach access. We'll be back!

Great stay in Folly Beach!

We enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach. The downtown area is a 15-20 minute walk and we thoroughly loved bringing our pup on vacation this year. The “courtyard” is a bit misleading for this unit, there is no grassy area attached. The upstairs deck was nice, but there are some bees / wasps that need to be taken care of. The 2nd bedroom is extremely small, however the large bedroom is quite spacious!

Folly Beach charmer!

Cozy upstairs apartment close to the restaurants. Sweet deck surrounded by palm trees. Nicely set up for 2, second bedroom for a friend or family.Steps to the beach for walking and swimming.

Enjoyed the house. The location is just a block from beach access. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. The smaller bedroom can get loud since it is on a busy road. There wasn't central heat, but numerous space heaters kept the apartment very pleasant. The house was very clean.

Convenient Location

Apartment was very comfortable and the location was great. Very short walk to the beach. Older home with separate window air conditioners which worked well. We would recommend apartment based on rate, cleanliness and location.

Perfect for a long weekend

We stayed here for three nights. It was exactly what we needed - a place to sleep and shower, and such a short walk right to the beach. It’s an older place, not luxury, but it is very clean and well maintained. The owners were kind and very responsive. We had no issues at all while there. It could easily fit two more people. So glad we found this spot!

Great location!

Perfect place to stay in Folly Beach. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Downtown was a little far but it meant we didn't have all the noisecand traffic.

Fun in Folly

We enjoyed our time in Folly Beach. There was plenty to do and beyond great choices for restaurants! We hiked out to the lighthouse point and saw dolphins fishing at the beach, beyond words! We walked to dinner and saw an incredible sunset

Relaxing Stay

The property was quiet and was very clean. The beds were so very comfortable and the water pressure was great! The area to let my dogs out to roam and potty was just right. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

Perfect Folly Beach Stay

Very close to beach access and we enjoyed the upstairs deck. Birds chirping and a nice breeze. Easy access to beach chairs and a nice outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked and neatly organized The only minor issue was having to bolt out of place at 9 AM. Host very communicative and sent info to help us find things. We would book Zen Deck again.

Memorial weekend stay

Property was exactly as described. Very close to the beach. Walking distance from the center of Folly. The house was clean. Check in was easy. Deck was excellent. It has a little semi private yard with a grill, table, 2 chairs, and an outdoor shower. It was a great stay with my wife and grown children. Will definitely be back.

Mother’s Day get away.

We loved the property. It is small. But for a family of 4 the boys had ample room in the spare bedroom. Parking is good and there is plenty of room on the deck. Communication was amazing with the property management. They were very quick to reply to all my messages and gave accurate information back. The check in process is super easy. The apartment is smaller but perfect for our needs. The location is less than a 100 yard walk from the public beach access. Which is a great spot. Good beach space and good surf. You are a bit east of all the downtown eateries and shopping so we drove into town. Parking can be a bit of a problem you just have to drive around a bit. The property has been recently updated and photos are accurate. The cleaning staff was amazing. We ran into her after returning from the beach. Again I can’t speak highly enough of how kind the Managment and cleaning staff were. Very helpful and made our stay amazing. I’m almost regretting giving this review because we intend on using it again in the near future and I would hate for it to be booked up. Definitely a hidden gem.
