Absolutely Amazing!

From the moment you walk through the gate you are in your own paradise. This property is breathtaking. Kris and Chris are hands down the best hosts you could ask for. They helped arrange everything and gave great recommendations. What I appreciated the most was the small details. Air conditioning worked great, water pressure was strong, super soft towels, comfortable beds, and anything you needed from kitchen utensils, to snorkel gear, to beach bags, laundry, bug spray...they had it all! The outside space is the best part and we spent 90% of our time in the pool, eating outside at one of the tables, reading on a lounge chair, taking a nap (even the kids played ipad/switch outside). Chef Daniel was great and kept us well fed and highly recommend taking advantage of prestocking your fridge. I wish I could give this review higher than 5 stars because it was an absolute amazing trip! We will be back!

A little slice of Heaven!

This was my 50th birthday trip with girlfriends and honestly the property is so big that you really don't ever have to leave! It was pristine! There are no other words to describe it. Kris was super attentive anytime we needed anything and Chef Daniel was AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

Our family spent 5 nights over Christmas at the villa. Enough room for 6 adults to have some space, enough to do to keep a toddler busy all day. The pool overlooking the ocean was beautiful.The little beach down below was perfect for a dip. Everything was quiet and private, and clean. Plenty of sitting areas for both sun and shade. We never used the Palapa since it was treacherous with a toddler, but some of the adults sat there for evening cocktails. We loved that there were two queen and one king sized bedroom,each with its own bath. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we could need. Kris and Chris are perfect hosts. Anything you could want or need is stocked, and if it’s not, they’ll get it for you. They are NOT absentee hosts, but available for any situation (including a rare island blackout!) They are all about the details, including providing us with party favors and a game suggestion for New Years Eve. We had three meals made by the chefs.What a treat to have a delicious and beautifully presented meal prepared for us. There are two points I would have perspective guests be aware of: 1- the villa is on the southern tip of the island. We liked that, but if you’re looking for activities etc. the main part of the island is about a 40 minute drive. 2- The villa is next to a defunct oil refinery. It has been cleaned up, has interesting history, and didn’t effect anything, except it was off putting at first. Neither affected our stay. We hope to be back!

This beautiful villa has everything. Not just in the incredible view, ocean access, pool, etc. But the home is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated and designed. Kris is a most accommodating host, and leaves no detail. She even had set out a happy birthday banner for my partners birthday. This was everything we could have hoped for. And kris made it even better than we could have hoped for.

Awesome Ocean Front House

House was extremely clean and had everything you could ever need for a trip. Kris was a fantastic host and extremely detailed. Chef Kylie & Daniel were great and made some delicious meals for us...especially enjoyed the full breakfast spreads while looking out over the water! The outdoor area of the house was awesome & there was plenty of seating (covered & uncovered). Less than 1 mile from Baby Beach. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic!

We stayed five nights for a quick honeymoon getaway. Everything was top-notch. The location was very quiet and perfect for us. The villa is clean, modern, and full of amenities. The whole process was superb. Honestly, I cannot think of any negatives to this stay. If you're looking for many walkable restaurants and nightlife (we weren't), this location is far from that side of the island. But it was the most relaxing vacation we ever had. We were able to eat dinner and watch the sunset from our backyard. We could still explore the whole island through a taxi service and felt we did not miss out on anything. The check-in process and communication were excellent. Five stars.

Couples Anniversary Celebration

This place is absolutely amazing. Kris is the most thoughtful host! This house is so well stocked with vacation essentials a carry-on with a couple changes of clothes and a swimsuit is all you need for a week of fun. The house is beautifully decorated and super-clean. The view is stunning at all times of day. We also had the personal chef service and the meals were some of the best we have ever eaten. 5 stars is just not enough to show how wonderful this home is for your vacation!

Lovely stay!

The property is beautiful, extraordinarily clean (given the proximity to so much sand!) and well-maintained. The linens are very nice and the owners provided everything you could possibly need from snorkel gear to first aid kits, on-site. Once inside the gate, we felt like we were at our own private resort! We did some snorkeling at the small beach accessible from the property via steps, but also drove 2 minutes to Baby Beach and spent part of a day there. Gorgeous! We also took a tour of the national park early one morning, tried pastries from the local bakery, and enjoyed lunch and cocktails at a few local spots at Baby Beach. The kitchen is well-appointed and we took advantage of the chef service for two meals, and several "meal kits" that allowed us to grill and cook for ourselves with little prep and no grocery shopping. Highly recommend the chef and grocery stocking service. Food prepared by the chef was delicious and Kylie was able to incorporate lots of local seafood and traditional dishes. Chef Kylie is wonderful and the food was excellent! (The food was far, far better than anything at any of the resorts we've been to.) Communication with the property owner was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Beautiful Villa!

Absolutely breathtaking views in a quiet neighborhood. The house has everything you could possibly want and more. Right down the road from beautiful baby beach. We were able to go to the beach and come home for lunch. I highly recommend the chef service. Aruba is known for its great food but our welcome dinner was our favorite meal of the week!! Communication with Kris and team is very easy and they are all quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again.

Simply Beautiful

The house is amazingly clean and has everything you can as for!! The view was spectacular. The house was so organized and easy to find anything you need. The hospitality of the owner, Private chef and crew were beyond my expectation. They were helpful in all situations. Finding restaurants, assisting with things to do and most importantly the preparation to get there from the states and back home. Just simply the perfect vacation!!

Dream vacation

We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and the kindness and attention to detail that the owner (Kris) exhibited was amazing. Best VRBO experience we have ever had. Amazing property and owners

The pictures and description don’t give the property justice. Beautiful and quiet part of the island with the best team running the house and property. Kris and Chris are fantastic hosts along with her team Kylie and Daniel. They helped us with sooo many things and made our elopement perfect. Private Paradise

Walking in the gate to the property never got old during our 10-day stay at the Villa. As many have said, pictures do not do the property justice. We made use of the many outdoor living spaces - so many shaded seating areas allow you to soak in the warm Aruban breeze without getting burnt! The quiet and peaceful nights laying out in the chairs by the pool were tranquil. We were 2 families - 4 adults, 3 pre-teens - and found the Villa to be a great size. The kids loved going down to the private beach to hunt for sea treasures. The adults even got in the routine of having morning coffee down in the beach chairs or under the palapa. Speaking of the palapa - massages under the palm leaf roof with the waves rolling in is a must do in our opinion! The massage team was phenomenal and resort spas pay major money to artificially replicate that type of ambiance. Kylie - who was our house manager and chef for a few (EXCELLENT) meals during our stay - made us feel so welcome! During both Kylie’s house tour and an island tour we did (highly recommend ABC-Aruba Island Ultimate Safari Jeep Tour) we also got to hear some really cool history of the neighborhood and the historic significance of the refinery. Kris was also great at keeping up communication with us throughout our stay and helped with a few reservations (securing us the best seat for the toes in the water dinner at Flying Fishbone!). Since we had active kids with us and only half of us had been to the island before, we ended up deciding to do things that resulted in traveling the 45ish minutes back and forth to the Noord/Palm Beach area a few days in a row, but we realized we had just as much fun with “do nothing” days in the seclusion and peacefulness of the Villa. On our last day we did a “beach tour” of the island - and if you don’t feel like driving up to gorgeous Arashi and want to do something different from Baby Beach, you will not be disappointed with Mangel Halto. This treasure, about a 20 min drive from the Villa, is one of the coolest places we have been. Hanging in the shade amongst the mangrove trees and walking out of these stunning coves into literally crystal clear water with some of the best snorkeling we experienced was a highlight for us (I almost want to keep the “secret” to ourselves)!

True vacation paradise!!

This vacation house is the best way to experience Aruba. We had a pool overlooking the ocean with all the amenities. Baby beach is minutes away, a clear blue beach with white sands! Also, the Property Manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Which it was superb! Can't wait to go back. :)

Best! Vacation! Ever!

In all our travels, this trip is at the top of our list. Villa Seasalt & Sunsets is equivalent to a 5-star hotel only sooooo much better! The location was ideally peaceful and relaxing…no loud crowds or waiting lines. And, it was very close to Baby Beach which, in our opinion, is the best beach in Aruba. When first walking through the entry gate, we were awe struck by the magnificent ocean view behind the spacious pool and patio areas, and the lovely island-style landscaping. The private palapa on the ocean cliff was perfect for watching the sunset and enjoying a chef-prepared dinner. The villa was immaculately clean. The beds were luxuriously comfortable. The kitchen and every room of the villa was stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need or want (there was even bubble wrap available for any delicate souvenirs). Kris, the property owner, is unlike any other host (or concierge) we’ve ever experienced. A real rock star! She is so knowledgeable about everything Aruba. Whatever it took to make our vacation the best, she was on it. From pre-arrival grocery shopping to reserving a rental car, setting up a private excursion tour, preparing absolutely delicious meals and making sure we got the best waterfront restaurant table, she and her staff (shout out to Kylie, Daniel and Stephanie) were nothing short of awesome! We really did have paradise all to ourselves at this villa. If we could give it 6 stars, we would!!! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer but we won’t make that mistake again. Already planning our return vacation for next year!

Most amazing vacation

Every good thing you have read in the other reviews is 1000% accurate. The property is amazing and the views will keep you blown away from morning till night. We traveled with 7 people ages 10-67 and everyone found something to love about the house. The property manager Kris is by far the best host I have ever dealt with and makes every aspect of your trip super easy even if you ask a 100 stupid questions like I do. We indulged in some of the services offered such as the welcome dinner, a day of massages, and the ladies getting mani/pedis. All of the services were outstanding and Kris sets them up so you can sit back and relax. If you haven't booked yet you better do so because the amount of returned guest this house must receive is sure to have it booking up quick every year. We can't wait to go again next year.

Absolute paradise!

Our group of six thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay here. Kris and staff have hosting to a perfection. We all have traveled to different islands and never have we stayed in such a well stocked, top drawer villa. Kris has thought of everything! Kris and Kylie assisted us with transfers and reservations at fabulous restaurants. Seasalt and sunsets villa is absolutely deserving of its five star rating. The villa itself is beautiful with stunning views of the water and sunsets. You couldn’t ask for a better place! The private palapa is just steps off the water and a great place to watch sunsets. This villa is even more beautiful in person! As you step onto the property , your first view of the pool and water is spectacular!

Amazing hosts & villa

From pre-trip planning to days after returning home, Kris & Chris were amazing hosts. Have never stayed at a place where the hosts and their teams were more thoughtful, thorough, and helpful. On top of this, their villa is amazing, stocked with everything a family needs for a great time in Aruba.

Amazing!!!

Where do I start. The pictures do not do it justice. A quick 30 minutes from the airport to paradise. Kris is the ultimate host. She does not miss a trick. Every single detail is taken care of. You will not have to worry about one thing. Our chefs Daniel and Kylie had the house stocked with food and alcohol and a great welcoming meal. They cooked 3/4 nights for us with an eclectic meal we choose from their vast menu. They were so nice and also very accommodating to every request. Well worth the cost and probably less expensive than eating out. We were 3 couples just getting away. The is spacious and clean. 3 large bedrooms each with there own bathroom. Great room with large screen tv to watch football. Kris was so nice. She was there when we arrived and showed us around the house. She was always available for any questions. She even drove us to the airport when we left. If you want to get away and relax this is the place. 2 minute walk down a short path to a private beach and great snorkeling. 2 beach bars about a mile away Otherwise very private and secluded. What else can I say. We already booked for next year

Amazing

House is super clean and very comfortable. Views are incredible. Pool is a great feature. Kris and Kris are incredibly responsive and can assist with any need/want you may have. My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary here and Kris coordinated grocery shopping, prepared snacks upon arrival, chef prepared dinner and live music under the palapa. Overall a wonderful experience. The location requires a car as it is removed from the main part of the island, however that has its benefits as well. At night sitting by the pool all you hear are the palm trees rustling in the wind. It is peaceful!!

This is an amazing property with everything anyone would need while on vacation.

This property is amazing and well stocked for your vacation but what truly takes it to the next level is the host Kris and chefs Kylie and Daniel. Kris goes above and beyond to help make your stay perfect! Our meals with Kylie and Daniel were custom made to suit our picky teens and also tailored to meet our adult tastes as well. Five stars all around!!!

Amazing vacation & property!

We’ve stayed at many vrbo properties over the years, and this one is nothing short of amazing. The house is so clean, and it was a perfect space for our family of 4. The beds & furniture were comfortable, and the linens and towels were so nice and spotless. The kitchen has everything you could need. The pool was awesome, the views incredible, and we loved snorkeling right off the little beach. What took this vacation from great to amazing is Kris and her staff: we highly recommend using the pre-shop option to stock the villa with groceries for your stay, and definitely have the chef(s) prepare some meals for you. Better than any restaurant and you have an oceanfront view while eating! We loved every minute of our stay here and we can’t wait to come back someday! Many thanks to Kris, Chris, Daniel, & Kylie!!

While we already had the utmost highest standards & practices for cleaning in place, we take additional steps to ensure the safety of our Guests & Staff; exceeding the CDC, WHO & AHLA recommendations & guidelines.

Our Villa & it’s massive grounds are completely PRIVATE. The Villa is cleaned/sanitized immediately after each Guest checks out & again the day of our New Guests’ arrival. This helps ensure that ONLY You & Your Guests will have access to it since it was cleaned/disinfected-This also means the Villa has NO "Shared Spaces" or "High Touch Areas" (ie swimming pool, light/lamp switches, doors handles, locks, faucets-etc) like you find in a hotel, condo or shared villa.

BONUS - Our Villa is less expensive when compared to reserving a couple of rooms at a major resort. Most hotels/resorts have removed/limited a lot of their amenities you’d expect to find in a room & overall property; whereas, we have added more to ours! Plus at our Villa, there’s no need to get up early to reserve/pay for a Palapa & there are no elevators to wait on!! Meaning no waiting to get to your room, to the "fun" or for your luggage to arrive!
