Our condo is a large 4 BR 3 bath unit on the 18th floor. Huge ocean front balcony. Sleeps 8. This unit features a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and En-suite bathroom with balcony access, King Bed in 2nd Bedroom with attached bathroom, Queen Bed in 3rd bedroom with attached Jack & Jill bathroom, Queen Bed in 4th bedroom, along with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The total square footage of the unit is 1600 Square Feet of Living Space with a 280 square foot large balcony. The furnishings are beautiful and the unit is tastefully decorated to enhance your vacation experience. The living room and all bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs..

Ocean Reef offers a Gulf-front outdoor and indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, and Gulf-front exercise room along with a pool pavilion that features BBQ grills for you cooking enjoyment.

Our stay

First thing was no cart in the laundry room to help bring luggage and all other stuff to the room. Many trips from P3 parking, workers coming in to do work while we are there, no cable tv as it went out on the main TV and the main bedroom TV, front door takes a muscle man to open and close, dishwasher broken on top rack. The view was awesome, the trip was fun.

Family vacation

It was AWESOME! Just a few items…the lock on the door was a challenge-every time. The tub and n the master bath didn’t drain. Shin deep water-ewww. The TV’s didn’t work. Not a huge thing since we didn’t really need them but…. Other than those few items, we lived this condo and really would like to stay there again! The location was perfect!!!

Pictures do not represent condo! It’s dirty, holes in the doors, no inside lock on main door and maintenance let themselves in while we were there. Great location just pick a different place

Thunder beach dream!

This condo is beautiful! Very clean, spacious and location is perfect! Me and my friends were looking to be in a great area not only for better sleep with all the noise bike week brings but to also be able to catch the air show without having to go anywhere near the chaos at the pier park! The kitchen provided everything needed to cook a great dinner Friday night with a couple more friends staying near by! We talked about our stay Saturday night and all agreed we would love to book here again in the future!

Beautiful view

We always enjoy Ocean Reef. Condo was spacious, loved that there wasn’t tons of furniture. Balcony furniture was comfortable. Fast elevators and close overflow parking. Siblings brought parents 80+ years and they enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.

Great condo

We loved the condo. It was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Be aware: there are no luggage carts and the parking garage is difficult to maneuver in a SUV, also we had to take our luggage bag off the top of the SUV to be able to drive in the garage.

New Years Eve Stay

The front door has painters tape all over it. Cannot see the door number. The door is also missing the interior safety latch. When we arrived, the door was not latched closed. We text the number on file to confirm our reservation at 5pm. Finally got word back the next morning at 08:12am. 2. Cleanliness. It's not clean. It's tidy, but not clean, at all. I have attached photo evidence. Couch was covered with sand. We vacuumed it up. We were not certain if linens were clean, so we stripped beds to wash the 1st night after 14 hrs of travel. Less than thrilled about that. Hair on the floors, sand everywhere, and gross hairs in the jack and jill bathroom. Sad that I had to get cleaning supplies to clean it to stay here. 3. Living room- the TV is not in working order. There is sound to the TV, but no picture on the screen. Cannot sit together as a family to enjoy the ocean waves and a TV show. The fire alarms randomly went off on 01/29 without any cause. 3. Master bedroom tub drains so slowly that water is ankle deep while showering and the shower head needs a soak. The water has corroded the shower head. 4. Laundry- there is no shelf as advertised in the photos. No light in the closet either. 5. Bedroom door sticks in the front bedroom. No drawers in either front bedroom to put clothing in. 6. Balcony. Goldfish crackers all over the balcony. No reclining chairs on balcony as advertised in photos.

Family Christmas Trip

Property had fantastic views of the Gulf! It was within steps of the sand too! The condo was spacious for our family of 7 adults and a 1 yr old. It was kid friendly too! Nothing super negative but saw others posted about poor tub drainage especially in the 2 King Bedrooms. The dishwasher drains into the sink and the garbage disposal is not hooked up. The balcony is missing lounge chairs that were pictured and would have been nice to have. We used the balcony often! It's very spacious and gives amazing views of the surf, sand and breathtaking sunsets! We would definitely rent this condo again! We hated to see our week end!!

Great location!!

The condo is in an excellent location. The beach was not crowded like other areas because it does not have big high rises on either side. They are very strict with making sure you had your arm band on when at the pool which I liked. As far as the unit the balcony only has a table and 3 chairs. It does not have the lounge chairs like in the picture. The balcony is huge and should have more furniture for a 4 bedroom condo. The cooking supplies where not many. I had to go buy a nonstick skillet because the pan they had was nasty. Check in is a nightmare if you get there right at checkin time. They do not have carts to bring your stuff up. They only had 2 out of the 3 elevators working. You would have to wait 15 minutes on an elevator and they would full. It took us 2 hours to get our stuff up to room. The over flow parking was convenient across the street. The condo is decorated nicely.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

Condo is not at all like the pics show online & was filthy! Needs some major cleaning as the floors were dirty, hair everywhere even in beds, mold in bathroom faucets/toilets, dust all over the place & even on curtains. Old furniture that needs updating, kitchen needs to be stocked with basics, balcony table wobbly & needs replaced. Front door should be white but looked brown/black. Called management company upon arrival & was told housekeeping would be notified but never showed up. Notified host Johnathan Caldwell which was also useless & took his time in responding & now on day 5 of no response from him. I have stayed at many condos through the years & have never encountered one this bad. Do yourself a big favor & AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To Whom It May Concern:Upon our arrival at Ocean Reef on December 26, 2019 our parking spot was unavailable due to construction. I called the office and was told there was open spots on first floor or over flow parking across the street. After multiple times of going through each floor we were unable to find a spot that was not marked RESERVED. We then checked with the security guard who was not helpful either. However, he told us to just park in a reserved spot and leave a note on the window. We did and within 30 minutes we received a phone call to move our vehicle as we were in someone’s spot. Needless to say we have spent 6 days here and have had to park in various spots and mostly across the street. Once we made our way into the condo, the smoke alarm was beeping due to low battery. We immediately called the number we were given for maintenance request. We were told to take the battery out and they would get here when they could. That was 24 hours later, thank goodness there was not a fire. During our stay, a few other things worth mentioning are, there was no light bulb in entry way, light over the stove or the balcony light. On day four, we opened our refrigerator where we found water standing under the crisper bins. We just ended up cleaning that ourselves. In the master bath, while taking a shower water was not draining properly and then the toilet was stopped up to the point my husband had to use the plunger on more than one occasion. It became to much to continue to call maintenance about every issue. The next morning, we were sitting on the balcony and the construction workers wanted us to leave so they could sand our balcony floor. We left the area and thought that would be the end of our balcony interruption. To our surprise, the following morning we were asked if the construction workers could move the patio furniture inside our condo so they could pressure wash and paint. Would include more b

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was on the 18th floor and for 2 days the elevator didn't work so we had to take the stairs. We were told by another resident that lives in this building the elevator goes out quite frequently. The door to the condo would barely shut. There was no lock on the front door. The room was very outdated and not the cleanest. The best thing about this place was the view. I would not recommend staying here.
