DIRECT OCEANFRONT - Central Air and Enlarged Bath

This is one of the few DIRECT oceanfront condos in A Place at the Beach III. Just take the stairway down onto the beach. We are in building 1, on the courtyard side.

Our layout provides living and bedroom windows that overlook the beach. Enjoy our beachfront balcony, upgraded central air, enlarged main bath and renovated guest bath. Bright and airy with no one above our third floor condo. Continuously updated and well maintained. We are steps away from Ocean Annie's beach bar but from our balcony all you hear and see is the ocean and the beach. Walking distance to the Apache Pier, the swash and the marketplace shops.

The direct oceanfront condo has central air throughout to keep everyone cool. The bathrooms have been updated including an enlarged main bath with a full size shower. Beautiful flooring throughout. Decorated in a beach feel. The main bedroom overlooks the ocean with a queen bed, plenty of drawers, flat screen TV, its own bathroom with full size shower, and a door onto the oceanfront balcony. The family room has a flat screen 50" TV, new sliding door onto the oceanfront balcony as well as new, double windows overlooking the beach. Enjoy the ocean views as you relax inside or outside on the balcony. The guest room has a queen bed and a twin with a trundle underneath, sleeping four, and a TV. Quiet central air conditioning is in all rooms including the guest room. The wi-fi will keep you connected.

The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator with ice maker as well as a microwave, smooth top range, dishwasher, and cooking and dining utensils, blender, 4-slice toaster, and single cup and regular coffeemaker.

To limit the amount you have to pack, we provide 4 beach chairs for your convenience as well as a cooler for your refreshments on the beach. We take pride in our condo and limit the number of weeks we rent, resulting in a clean and well maintained condo for you to enjoy on your vacation.

APATBIII is a smaller complex of individually owned condos that is right on the beach giving you a real beachy feel. No elevators, just walk down to the sand and ocean. Myrtle Beach activities are nearby including Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, mini golf, golfing, restaurant row and shopping outlets; yet we are tucked away on quiet Shore Drive so you can relax and enjoy.

The complex offers two outdoor pools, BBQ area with grills and picnic tables, washers/dryers in the building, off street parking for one vehicle. We are next to the famous Ocean Annie's beach bar. Foodstores, shopping, and restaurants are less than 3 miles away. Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are 8 miles.

We rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.

The HOA does not allow motorcycles, trailers, boats, guest pets. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo and we are a pet free household. The minimum age for renters is 25 and maximum number of guests for this condo is 5.

Excellent condo and very clean!

My husband and I along with our two grown daughters, stayed in this condo the week of September 10, 2022 and had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean, which is super important to us, also the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, glassware, silverware, etc. The view of the ocean was amazing! We loved how close Ocean Annie's was and even though it was close, the music was never loud at the condo. The very first day we were there our daughters said they wanted to come back and stay in this condo next year! The owners always responded back quickly when we had questions before we went and they were so very nice. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the small pools. Of course, this is not the fault of the owners. It didn't really bother us though because we came for the beach and to relax with great ocean views and that's exactly what we got! We would certainly love to stay at this condo again in the future! We loved it!!

Exceeded our Expectations

The condo was perfect. Everything was clean and updated. The location right on the beach was amazing. We ended up renting a few beach chairs and an umbrella from the life guard right in front of the condo. It was like $150 for 5 days. Kinda of high but we were able to pick our spot and he set them up every morning at 7 am and took them down at 5. It was so convenient. Sitting on the balcony and people watching and listening to the ocean was a highlight. My teens loved it too. We loved being a little north of all the craziness of Myrtle Beach. It was quieter and more family friendly. Vivian was helpful and responsive with my questions before and during our stay. You won’t regret renting here it was absolutely lovely.

This condo is very clean and had everything that we needed. Really good use of space. From the living area and master bedroom you can look out at the beach/ocean. The deck faces the beach and offers lovely views. The entire property is kept up very nicely. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean.

I have stayed in many of the condos in the 9540 building over the years and I have to say this is the best condo in the building that we have ever rented. It has the most amazing view, on top of that it is so beautifully decorated and all has unique and efficient use of space for storing things and for comfortable living. It is very clean as well. Usually I mind how Noisy the front condos are but this one was perfect facing the opposite side of Ocean Annie’s so it is also much quieter as well! I would highly recommend renting this condo. Viv the owner also goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly with renting the condo and making sure your stay is what you anticipated. She is amazing! I truly appreciate all she does!

Awesome condo

The condo is a lovey place for a getaway. Close to ocean Annie's but you don't hear anything but the waves. Having beach chairs available is such a wonderful idea. Can't wait to stay here again!

Wonderful!!!

Simply the BEST!!!

My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful condo for a week and everything about it was 5 stars. Viv and Ed know how to make a vacation memorable. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the view was breathtaking. I'm forever telling all my family and friends about our home away from home for are week vacation. Always a Great Stay!

We have been staying at this property for the past 4yrs and love the place! It's a great location, right on the beach and has all of the comforts of home! Location, Location, Location! Restaurants, bars, and entertainment are only a short walk or drive away. Vivien and Ed are great to work with and will do everything that they can to make your stay enjoyable. We are already looking forward to next year!

Out condo is one of the few that is directly on the beach, you have no one else in front of you and have a panoramic view of the entire beach. The feel is coastal both inside and outside the condo. We have central air conditioning in all the rooms enabling you to enjoy the sounds of the beach.
