Our 2 bedroom 3 Floor House was built 30 years ago and updated multiple times since. It sits on a private dead end road, facing the main section of Lake Beulah in Walworth County, Wisconsin. Very peaceful with great energy. The house is in-between East Troy and Mukwonago, WI, each offering different amenities. Lake Geneva is a 30 min drive. We are pleased to offer our Cottage to share for extended stay year-round. This is not your Grandmother's Cottage. Please reach out with any questions. thank you, Karl

We had a wonderful trip and stay. The kitchen was well equipped and with seatings for our group. The upper level view of the lake was fantastic and was a great place to work and watch the Olympics. The bedrooms and porch provided time to enjoy sunrise & sunset with quiet peaceful surrounding. We enjoyed exploring the lake and spend many hours swimming and watching various skow sailboat races on the lake. We also enjoyed bike rides around the lake through wooded country settings that was a plus. This was a wonderful escape and allowed us to explore East Troy, Mukwanago and Lake Geneva. Thank you to our host who was a great host.
Quiet getaway, great location on one of the area's best lakes. It felt like staying in someone's comfortable, lived-in home. Accommodations were modern and first-rate, well equipped and decorated.
Awesome views of Lake Beulah from every room in the house.
Everything in the house was high end.

About the host
Hosted by Karl
This is a Family House. My brother and I dont care to part with it and we are not at a stage presently to enjoy it often enough, but someone should. Our Grandparents bought this so their Norwegian immigrant parents could enjoy the lake and all it has to offer. It has been a center piece of many of our family events.
Why they chose this property
Our House sits on the center of Lake Beulah, facing northeast, onto the main Center Lake section. We are hidden behind a sand bar which keeps our Bay quiet. The house was replaced about 25 yrs ago. The Lake Level is the Great Room and Kitchen, Bath and patio. The middle level is the parking entrance, bedrooms and bath. A 3rd floor Family room is on the Top floor offering water views on the 4 sides. This house sits on a driveable Island.
What makes this property unique
Freshly painted and recently filled with nicer furniture from my own city residence. This house is turn-key. Utilities, weekly cleaning, yard and snow services are included. This is a lovely house for all seasons.
