Stone cottage facing south west located at the exit of the village of Minihic sur Rance. The bakery is 400m, the Rance and the GR 34 are 750m, the beach 1400m.
It was completely redone in 2018.
It is composed of an independent fitted kitchen, a dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 independent toilet, two shower rooms, one with WC.

Amazing gite in a great location

The gite is incredibly clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed as a family of 4 with 2 children. Beds are really comfortable, kitchen well equipped, showers are excellent and the garden is beautiful with plenty of places to sit, lounge and dine outside. The location is excellent for exploring the area, with Mont St Michel, Dinan, Dinard and St Malo in easy driving distance. The village itself is pretty with access to a small beach in walking distance. Unfortunately the Boulangerie is now closed but there are plenty in a short drive. We used a lot of the amenities including supermarket in Pleurtuit which is a 5 minute drive. Cathy was brilliant in communicating with us before our trip and showing us the property when we arrived…she was also very patient and kind with my rusty French speaking! We would definitely return!

Lovely stay at a great location

We had a wonderful stay in Cathy's holiday home. The house is very complete. The location is fantastic. Dinard, st Malo and Dinan are close by. The Rance River in le Minihic sur Rance is a lively area. Don't forget to have a drink/eat at the Jersey Lilly restaurant. The terrace has a beautiful view over the Rance

De merveilleuses vacances dans un très beau gîte

La maison de vacances est très bien aménagée et bien équipée. Nous avons toujours apprécié la vue sur le beau jardin. Depuis Le Minihic, on peut atteindre de belles destinations d'excursions en un temps relativement court. Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette superbe maison pour les vacances. Tout est parfait. L’accueil a été très agréable, les hôtes sont chaleureux et bienveillants ! La maison est très agréable : décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée sans oublier la propreté impeccable. La maison est bien située à quelques kilomètres seulement de St Malo, Dinan et Dinard. Notre petit garçon était également très heureux de profiter d’une petite plage non loin de la maison. Nous gardons de magnifiques souvenirs de notre séjour en Bretagne ! Merci aux hôtes.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house is great and very nice furnished. The garden is also beautiful and big. Thank you for your warm welcome. Nettes Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir waren zu zweit Ende Mai bis Mitte Juni in dem netten Haus von Cathy. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, Dank des netten Empfangs und der Betreuung durch Cathy, der Eigentümerin, und dem tollen Wetter. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich von Anfang an wohl fühlt. Es ist groß und hell und bietet ausreichend Platz für mehrere Personen. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die beiden Bäder sind toll und in den Betten lässt es sich gut schlafen. Das Haus liegt sehr günstig, so dass man schnell die umliegenden größeren Städten als auch die schönen Strandabschnitte erreicht. Uns hat die Bretagne dort sehr gefallen. Einzigster Wermutstropfen war, dass zu unserer Zeit eine parallel verlaufende Hauptstraße gesperrt wurde und der ganze Verkehr durch den Ort umgeleitet wurde. Da das Haus direkt an der Hauptstraße des Ortes liegt, war es dort tagsüber recht laut. Das wird wohl im Normalfall nicht der Fall sein. Nachts aber war es sehr leise. Das Haus und die Vermieterin können wir wärmstens empfehlen und die Bewertungen der Vormieter nur bestätigen. Lieben Dank Cathy, für deine liebe Gastfreundschaft.

Belle location!

Très jolie maison, bien située dans un magnifique village. La cuisine est bien équipée, il y a même des contenants hermétiques pour emmener des fruits en pique-nique ou garder des petites salades au réfrigérateur, et c’est rare dans les locations! Bravo! Les chambres sont bien agencées. Les enfants étaient au frais dans la chambre du rez-de-chaussée, ils ont apprécié. Les salles de bain sont aussi très jolies. Vraiment c’est une très belle location avec suffisamment d’espace pour 5 personnes.

Wonderfull Stay/ Vacances tres magnifique / wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Eine wunderschöne Haushälfte im franz. Landhausstil, mit Garten- und Grillnutzung. Parken am Haus. Das Haus wurde von den Besitzern liebevoll renoviert und man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Wer es ruhig mag, Strand in Hausnähe nur von wenigen genutzt, wer das offene Meer mag, Dinard oder St. Malo mit kräftigen Wellen. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Wonderful stay at a typical french house, lovley renovated by the owners. Garden and BBQ use included. You feel comfortable from the first moment. If you like it calm, there is a small beach near the house, open sea at Dinard or St. Malo. We enjoyed it very much. Vacances tres magnifique chez une maison tres chic avec utilisation du jardin et BBQ. Plonger dans la Rance a une plage tranquille pres de la maison ou dans la mer a Dinard ou St. Malo, vous voulez savourer les jours. Liebevolle und moderne Unterkunft

Das an einer Hauptstraße gelegene Objekt überzeugte uns mit sauberen Räumen, moderner Küche und hellen Räumen mit viel Licht. Die schönen Bäder sind gut ausgestattet und bieten genug Platz. Die auf dem Grundstück lebenden Vermieter haben uns herzlich willkommen und gaben uns nie das Gefühl beobachtet zu sein. Der große für Mieter und Vermieter aufgeteilte Garten bietet genug Platz für spontane Spiele und eine gemütliche Grillumgebung. Wir haben uns zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Erholsamer Sommerurlaub in tollem Ambiente

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der großzügige Garten bietet viel Platz zum Spielen, Sonnen und Grillen; wer gerne Schatten mag, findet unter einem Baum ein kühles Plätzchen. Von Le Minihic-sur-Rance aus lässt sich die schöne Gegend gut erkunden. Ein Bäcker ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Location confortable et très bien située

Cette location est joliment décorée et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires, très sympathiques et prévenants, ont pensé à tout pour rendre cette maison très confortable. Elle est également bien située, à quelques kilomètres de Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinand ou encore du cap Fréhel. C’est une location que nous recommandons tout particulièrement (nous sommes une famille de 7).

Comme à la maison

Emplacement idéal proche des bords de Rance et de la mer. ( Dinard, saint Malo à moins de 20mns) La maison est agréable et le jardin tres accueillant tout comme nos hôtes Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Location recommandée!

Familienurlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen schönen abgeschlossenen Garten. Das Haus liegt hervorragend, da ganz viele unterschiedliche Ausflugsziele in direkter Nähe sind. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und haben uns mit frischem Obst und tollen Ausflugstipps versorgt. Comme à la maison

Une jolie petite propriété typique bretonne en pierre. L’intérieur est très fonctionnel. Rien ne manque. A 10 minutes en voiture de Dinard ou à pieds des chemins avec vue sur la Rance. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Heerlijk verblijf

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad hier. De verhuurders en hun kinderen zijn erg hartelijk. Het verblijf is erg rustig en netjes. We hebben erg genoten van de ruime woning en de tuin: van alle gemakken voorzien. Le Minihic-Sur-Rance is een perfectie plek om vanuit te ondernemen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan: Dinard (20 min. rijden), Cap Fréhel (54 min.), Mont Saint Michel (53 min.), Dinan (17 min.), St-Malo (20 min.), Cancale (30 min.) Bedankt voor de fijne herinneringen!
