Magical Unicorn Hollow /Wineries /Great Meadows Events Fully furnished apartment

My husband, Pino, and I live with a menagerie of animals on our Unicorn Hollow property in The Plains, Virginia, and work in new product development, branding, and marketing for Unicorn Editions, ltd., a company we founded in 1994.
My book, Blossom~The Wild Ambassador of Tewksbury was published in 2020. Blossom, a wild deer I raised, was featured by National Geographic. I wrote much of Blossom’s story in the barn at Unicorn Hollow. It's a beautiful, quiet, and magical place!

Lovely, modern, and very cozy Farm stay. A beautifully furnished, one-bedroom modern apartment with kitchen, Advantium speed cook oven and microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Patio 6 table/umbrella seats 6. Perfect for a BBQ on the new Weber grill.
Full bath with 6' tub. There is a King Bed, an electronic Clavinova piano, and a writing desk. Quiet, peaceful, and close to wineries and the Great Meadow Event Center.

Unicorn Hollow is in the Black Zone for Star Gazing. From Gettysburg, PA, to Charlottesville, VA, is a unique black zone space. We have a great view of the night sky—without light pollution—it's lovely.

Fauquier County was named after a Governor of Virginia. It's close to everything but looks rural since most of the county has been put into "conservation easements" by the landowners trying to protect this historic, beautiful place.
Now and then, the Warrenton Hunt gives us notice that they'll be "riding to the hounds" through our backyard. It's a heads-up and a real thrill to watch.

We have a strict NO SMOKING - NO HUNTING - NO GUN policy, and even though we love pets, a dog can be a threat to the alpacas with no defenses.

Your apartment is bright and very private, with one four-step entrance and views of the rolling hills, surrounding streams, and The Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.

The entrance to Unicorn Hollow Farm is through the MAIN STONE PILLARS of Cedar Hill Farm—at the end of Enon Church Rd. Right off SR 17, a major thoroughfare. There are three entrances to I-66. We are only 45 minutes from downtown Washington, DC...assuming you're not in rush hour traffic, that is! Marshall, The Plains, Middleburg, and Warrenton are minutes away. So, we look and act rural, but we are close to everything.
This is a historic area with Cedar Hill purported to be a signal point for John Mosby and his Raiders during the Civil War.
