New furnished villa of 75 m2, located in a quiet place in the shade of olive trees and umbrella pines. It will seduce you with its architecture, its spaces, its interior and exterior qualities. Swimming pool 8 x 4 m heated to 30 °, equipped with a staircase across the width to enjoy even more. You will also have a petanque, parking and of course the outdoor lighting to extend your evenings.

Sehr schöne Ferien
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser sehr sauberen und wunderschönen Villa! Besonders im Herbst war es ideal, da der Pool angenehm warm war und wir ihn den ganzen Tag über nutzen konnten. Die Villa entsprach exakt den Bildern, die wir im Voraus gesehen hatten – keine bösen Überraschungen! Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war super freundlich und alles lief sehr unkompliziert ab. Ein kleiner Punkt: Das WLAN war manchmal etwas instabil, was für uns relevant war, da wir abends deutsche Sendungen auf dem Laptop geschaut haben, da im TV nur französische Sender verfügbar waren. Die Aussicht geht zwar nicht weit in die Ferne, aber man schaut ins Grüne, was sehr beruhigend ist. Alles in allem ein absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Fabulous villa
We stayed here from 9th to 21st September 2024. My husband, myself and our Westie. Our son joined us for one week, in the middle, to celebrate his birthday. The peace and quiet around the villa was just what we needed to relax and refresh. The villa has everything you need to 'make yourself at home'. The pool was very slightly heated whilst we were there which made it perfect for taking a dip when the sun became too warm. There is a boules court, as well as a barbecue, both of which we used. Both bedrooms are fitted with excellent air conditioning units. The villa itself is a little way away (only a few minutes drive) from the main shopping area of Roquebrune-sur-Argens. We made a few trips out whilst there. We went to St Tropez, Cannes, Nice and Monaco. The furthest was roughly an hour and half drive away from the villa. A few small things to note: Although dogs under 10kg are welcome they are not permitted in the pool. We weren't aware of this until the owner left us a note a couple of days into our stay. We would check this when booking a villa in the future. The WIFI is very patchy. The downstairs bathroom did have a smell to it, we're guessing from the septic tank. We made sure the doors connected to this room were opened every morning to mitigate this. We were bitten quite a bit in the evening and whilst sleeping by mosquitos. We found the maximum strength 'Jungle Formula' spray worked well to keep this at bay. All in all we would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Des vacances géniale!
Très jolie villa et très bien équipée, proche des commerces et de la mer. Nous avons passé un agrable séjour entre la piscine et la pétanque! L'arrivée et le départ était facile avec Gaby. Un grand merci à elle pour tout. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Excellent - we plan to visit again!
We visited this wonderful property in July (myself, husband, daughter age 10, son age 6). It was perfect for us! All the small niggles have been dealt with. The pool was the perfect temperature. There was air conditioning in the two bedrooms and the rest of the property didn’t need it. The garden/outside area was beautiful. We are looking to go back again next summer!

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf! De villa was 100% in orde, zeer proper, modern en alles voorzien. Een prachtig aangelegde tuin met proper zwembad en gezellig terras. Een rustige omgeving en een héél hartelijk ontvangst! We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf, 100% een aanrader!

Lovely house in beautiful surroundings
My family and I spent a week in this lovely quiet house and enjoyed every minute of it. It is beautifully decorated and clean and the garden and pool is very nice. The owners live on the same plot but apart from check-in and check-out we didn't see or hear them. Gaby welcomed us with a bottle of wine, juice, water and milk in the fridge which was very sweet, communication with her was nice and easy. If we weren't enjoying the pool or the boules court we went to visit St. Tropez, Sainte Maxime, Frejus, Cannes and Nice, all within a maximum one-hour drive, so it's the perfect location to see all those towns. The nearest supermarket and boulangerie is just a 5 minute drive away. We would definitely like to come back to this lovely property.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Bei tollem Wetter lädt der schöne Garten mit Pool ein, dort den Tag zu verbringen. Der Garten und das Haus sind super ausgestattet. Es fehlt nur an den alltäglichen Dingen wie Gewürze, Öl, Seife etc. Diese muss man selber mitbringen bzw. kaufen, was kein Problem ist, da der nächste Supermarkt 6 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt erreichbar ist. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns den ganzen Aufenthalt über sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige, was besser sein könnte, ist das WLAN. Die Verbindung ist sehr schlecht und somit ist es sehr langsam. Ich vermute, dass es für das Ferienhaus lediglich einen Repeater gibt, der mit dem WLAN der Vermieterin verbunden ist. Alles im allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit.

gut ausgestattet modernes Haus, schatten spendende Olivenbäume, schöner Pool, Grundstück von außen kaum einsehbar. Was könnte verbessert werden: da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden muss nachts mit Fensterlüftung heruntergekühlt werden, keine Moskitonetze, Kühlschrank sehr laut, Sichtschutz am Fenster oberes Bad nur teilweise. Fazit: Wir würden wirder kommen

Lovely secluded break
This property is exactly how you think it’s going to be. The house is amazing and was spotless. There was a fan there for us to use and we’d bought our own with us also so I think it made a real difference to the test at nighttime. The area was breezy in the afternoons which was perfect for cooling off. The pool is a really good size and was clean and modern, the addition of the fake grass and was a lovely touch and meant there were t so many bugs and the pool kept relatively clean throughout our 2 week stay. The only down side for us was the the pool wasn’t very warm. It didn’t get any warmer than 26c and after a couple of grey days and some rain it went down to 24c which was really cold. On really hot days that was bliss but fur the children a little too cold. I am already missing sitting under the olive trees and would definitely book again.

Maison neuve dans un environnement très calme
La maison est comme dans l'annonce, elle est vraiment neuve et tout le matériel nécessaire est présent. Seul bémol de notre séjour: les moustiques. Il n'y a pas d'air/co dans la maison et à cause des moustiques la nuit est très difficile avec fenêtres ouverte et juste impossible de tout fermer avec des températures au delà des 30 degrées. Prévoyez des produits anti-moustiquessi vous séjourner pendant la haute saison. Aussi à noter que il n'y a pas de Wi-Fi est trouver un reseau avec une bonne connexion 4G n'était pas possible.

Très belle villa avec la piscine au top
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 14 jours avec un accueil très chaleureux et très agréable de Gaby toujours là quand ont à besoin de quelques choses, ces une villa bien situé au calme les magasins à 2 à 3 kms. Le seule bémol ils à pas de climatisation avec des températures de + de 38 degrés dans la maison ses un four ( dommage) sinon dans l'ensemble tout et parfait

Idylle in der Natur mit Privatpool
Das Ferienhaus mit einem schönen Privatpool liegt in einem Privatgelände des Eigentümers mit herrlichem Pinien und Olivenbaumbestand. Geräumiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Meer ca. 15 Fahrminuten entfernt.

Calme et repos
Nous sommes ravies de notre premier séjour familiale à 4 dans cette jolie maison. Nous remercions Cathy mais surtout Gaby qui a su très bien nous accueillir. Quelques petits points à améliorer sont nécessaires d’être préciser : - la Wifi, je pense que au vue du niveau de standing du logement il est important d’y avoir accès surtout en 2022. - Clim ou bien ventilateur, nous avons séjourné fin mai et déjà la chaleur en haut dans la chambre était difficile à supporter malgré l’ouverture des fenêtres. Je conseille ce logement qui plaira à coup sûr aux familles et personnes à la recherche de calme et tranquillité.

Nice house with heated pool in a quiet environment
This house is exactly as pictured. We spent a nice holiday week in a safe and quiet area. Check-in is handled by a neighbor next door. Communication was easy. Only point for improvement would be that one needs to bring basic household items like soap, garbage bags, spices, hairdryer etc. As well as the fact that there is no wifi and bbq equipment as others noted. I would recommend the host to provide these to elevate the experience even further. All in all 5/5 thanks to Cathy!

Un séjour très agréable
La villa est fidèle à la description. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. Elle est fonctionnelle, bien équipée, propre et très agréable. Nous l'avons trouvée particulièrement adaptée à notre famille avec deux adolescents. Notre fille est handicapée et elle a apprécié d'avoir toutes les commodités en rez-de-chaussée avec une salle de bain particulièrement fonctionnelle pour elle.
