Nice loft bungalow, with fully renovated garden. In a quiet complex with swimming pools, it has all the necessary amenities to make your stay pleasant. A mild climate throughout the year. The bungalow consists of two diaphanous floors, on the lower floor there is the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the terrace, and in the attic is the bedroom open to the ground floor by means of a railing. The environment is full of green areas. Very well connected, taxis and nearby bus stop, you can also access the Holliday world and the Shopping Center on foot. It is usual to use the bicycle. Schöner Urlaub

Schöner Bungalow, im Garten konnte man wie am traumhaften Strand FKK betreiben. Das Grundstück ist völlig uneinsichtig. Der Pool war auch super und leer. Es fehlte an NICHTS!!

wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben 14 Tage in dem schönen Haus von Maria verbracht, die Lage war sehr zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Die Austattung entspricht den Beschreibungen, es war sehr sauber und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Komunikation mit Maria war super, wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen wenn wir auf Gran Canaria Urlaub machen.

Eine schöne Wohnung

Hallo,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben es genossen in der Ferienwohnung zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Maria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und kümmert sich wenn was ist, Danke dafür.

estupendo

La casa es magnífica y está muy bien equipada. El jardín y la gran terraza atechada han sido estupendos para relajarse y no pasar calor. La piscina es grande muy limpia y entre semana habitualmente vacía. Nos gustó mucho y volveríamos.

Absolut perfekt

Alles hat gepasst, der Bungalow ist perfekt eingerichtet, entspricht genau den Bilder. Geschmacksvolle Einrichtung, grosser Garten, top Zustand. Netter Empfang von Maria am Flughafen, Maria steht immer zur Verfügung für Auskünfte und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Am liebsten wollten wir sofort wieder buchen, leider war der Bungalow zu "unserer" Zeit belegt. Absolut zu empfehlen, gepflegte Anlage, gut gelegen. Einfach top. Pierre Ecoeur, Schweiz

wirklich schön ...

Im September 2017 bewohnten wir diesen Bungalow für 3 Wochen. Von der Vermieterin wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Getränke standen für uns schon im Kühlschrank kalt, hierfür nochmals vielen Dank. Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet und liegt in einer abgeschlossenen Bungalowanlage. Das Bett ist auch sehr gut, was für Spanien nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Yumbo Center läuft man ca. 20 min. zu Fuß. Wer gerne Tapas isst, sollte dort die Bar Mana 264 versuchen. Tolle Gerichte zu fairen Preisen. Von der Vermieterin erhielten wir weitere Tips für Gran Canaria. Nochmals vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Estupenda propiedad.

La casa es tal cual se describe , con todas las comodidades posibles y la muy buena atención por parte de la propietaria, unido a su vez a la buena conservación y tranquilidad del complejo, ha hecho de nuestras vacaciones una experiencia muy positiva. Espléndido

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica. La casa es preciosa y con todas las comodidades. Y el complejo muy cuidado y tranquilo. Es ideal para estar con niños, ya que el bungalow tiene un jardín íntimo , y la zona de la piscina vallada para evitar peligros. Sin duda volveremos..mil gracias a Maria Paz y familia.

Sehr gastfreundlich und gut ausgestattet

Da auch von der Besitzerin genutzt, ist das Haus super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Zum Start waren Wasser, Bier und Brot da, sowie Brot und Gewürze, und es gab eine umfassende Einweisung der Gastgeberin. Was uns störte, waren die mangelnde Aussicht, der Gasgrill (anstatt Holzkohle) sowie die lauten italienischen Nachbarn. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen.

Lovely bungalow, spotless and in a nice location

We had a great stay in Maria's place. She is a lovely host and showed us around when we arrived. Her bungalow has got everything that you need. It's super clean and has a cute garden with a hammock to relax. I highly recommend her place to enyone visiting Gran Canaria.

Ideaal huisje gelegen in een zeer verzorgd domein

Het huisje is zeer comfortabel uitgerust, heeft een ruim overdekt terras en rustig gelegen, dichtbij het grote zwembad voor de liefhebbers. Tijdens ons verblijf was het er rustig (november) en aangenaam van temperatuur (ca. 22-25°) om het eiland te verkennen met de auto of al wandelend in het prachtige binnenland. Bushaltes, eetgelegenheden en supermarkt op wandelafstand. Zeker een aanrader zowel voor het eiland als de omgeving !

Eine kleine Oase

Seit langer Zeit haben wir uns wieder einmal für Gran Canaria entschieden. Die Wohnung war der große Lichtblick auf einer übervollen Insel! Alles war genau wie beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Alle Nachbarn sind Spanier, wahrscheinlich Eigentümer und waren nur an den Wochenenden anwesend. Alles in allem war es sehr ruhig, auch Nachts. Der Garten sowie die überdachte Terrasse waren bei der großen Hitze einfach wunderbar zum entspannen. TV mit allen Programmen sowie ein gutes WIFI sorgten für ein rundum entspannten Urlaub. Auch der sehr saubere Pool war nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Wir können die Wohnung bestens weiter empfehlen.

Loft zum Entspannen.

Dieses Loft bzw. genauer gesagt war es ein großes Gebäude, welches in 4 Bungalows eingeteilt war, liegt in einer privaten Anlage. Die Eigentümer und Bewohner sind überwiegend Spanier. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben; es fehlte an nichts und es war alles super sauber. Es waren genügend Schränke und Geschirr vorhanden. Die Eigentümerin hat sich sehr rührend um uns gekümmert und bei Fragen konnten wir sie jederzeit über Whats App anrufen. Auch hat sie öfters frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorbeigebracht. Allerdings hatten wir während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes nebenan eine Baustelle (der unmittelbare Nachbar sanierte seinen ganzen Bungalow) und nur Sonntags kamen die Bauarbeiter nicht. Der Pool in der Anlage ist sehr schön. Er wird nur von wenigen Bewohnern benutzt. Allerdings muss ich hier erwähnen, dass in unserer Reisezeit das Wasser sehr kalt war und zum Baden nicht einlud. Die Lage der Wohnung liegt unweit vom Holiday World Center. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Fahrradverleih, welcher zu Fuß erreichbar ist sowie ein sehr schönes Fitness-Studio mit Schwimmbad auf dem Dach. Die Lokale in Center (Italiener und Chinese) kann mann allerdings nicht empfehlen. Wir bekamen vor Ort Insidertipps und sind dann mit dem PKW die Lokale angefahren. Die Busverbindungen unmittelbar vor dem Haus sind gut und man kommt im kürzester Zeit an den gewünschten Ort. Die Supermarkt Faro 2 ist zum Einkaufen nicht gerade günstig. Wir sind aus diesem Grund immer in das Einkaufscenter nach El Tabero gefahren, welches auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist (allerdings nicht für einen Großeinkauf). Was ich vermisst habe: Schöne Abendspaziergänge und eventuell Einkehr in ein Lokal für ein Glässchen Wein. Das ist hier nicht möglich, da es in dieser Gegend nur Bungalow an Bungalow gibt. Deshalb waren wir sehr froh, dass wir einen PKW angemietet hatten, was sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Super Logement

Logement super confortable et trés bien aménagé il ne manque rien. Tout est pensé pour le confort des occupants et ce avec beaucoup de goût . La cuisine est trés bien équipée, chaînes Françaises accessibles sur une grande télévision. Accès internet fiable et rapide. Les extérieurs sont â l'avenant de l'intérieur dont trés confortables. Tout est trés propre. Maria est trés disponible et trés professionnelle. Nous y retournons l'année prochaine. Muriel et Didier.
