Fijn huis

Wij hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad in het huis. Het huis is centraal gelegen. De tip die ik zou willen geven om de vraagprijs iets hoger te maken en het huis te voorzien van wat basics. Een paar wc rollen, wat koffiecups, een paar vaatwastabletten etc.

la casa era tutta sporca e impolverata, siamo arrivati e non c'era nulla in casa (ne carta igienica,sapone,lenzuola, asciugamani ecc.). nella casa c'erano alcune rotture come il battiscopa o la porta, in più al momento del check out il proprietario ci ha scalato i soldi dalla cauzione per un mobile già rotto

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sauber und hat einen tollen Pool. Carlos und seine Frau sind sehr nett. Eigentlich hat das Haus alles was man braucht. Aber uns hat ein Ventilator gefehlt. Oder wenigstens Fliegengitter an den Festern Weil es dort sehr viele mücken gibt. Sonst war alles sehr schön.

Huis is ok maar de voorzieningen zijn minder

We hebben op zich een aangenaam verblijf gehad met onze twee gezinnen. De verhuurder was ook vriendelijk en makkelijk bereikbaar voor vragen. MAAR:het huis op zich is best ok en de tuin/zwembad ook. Echter veel kleine details betreft voorzieningen waarmee de eigenaar vrij eenvoudig de ervaring voor huurders een pak beter zou kunnen maken. Het begint bij het inchecken, waarbij we ontvangen werden door de vader van de verhuurder die enkel Spaans sprak. Niet zo erg als je dan eenvoudig een A4 voorziet met de basisuitleg over het afval, de wifi, ... Dat was er niet en moest je dus allemaal apart gaan opvragen. Als je een huis verhuurt voor x aantal personen, zorg dan ook dat er x aantal stoelen aan de buitentafel zijn. We moesten de grote buitentafel ook elke dag twee keer verplaatsen omdat er geen schaduwdoeken voorzien waren (en zelfs geen licht!) aan het prieeltje (zou nochtans makkelijk kunnen). We moesten dit nu telkens naar de schaduwplaatsen verzetten. Verder: geen wijnglazen, (Spanje is een wijnland) en beperkt aantal bestek, borden, glazen, geen vliegenramen (ongelooflijk veel muggen, niet enkel in de avond maar de gehele dag). Er is geen airco (hebben we zelf over het hoofd gezien bij het boeken), maar een paar ventilatoren (in elke slaapkamer 1) zou al veel doen. Het huis isoleert slecht dus het was heel warm en de ramen open, betekent muggen. De stroom viel ook uit als je twee delen van het vuur gebruikte, de frigo koelde niet goed, ...

Vacances en familles

De super vacances , dans une ville très jolie. La villa est au calme, mais elle mérite un peu de rénovations. Carlos le propriétaire et très aimable et à notre écoute. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine nous reviendrons sûrement si la clim est posé car vraiment difficile de dormir même si nous avions emmener les ventilateur lol

Top verblijf

Ik ben hier met met vrienden van 17-18 jaar oud op examenreis geweest en het was een top plek. 20-25 minuutjes lopen naar de supermarkt en voor €20 met 7 man met de taxi in Lloret. De eigenaar was ook zeer vriendelijk en had geen mooiste met onze leeftijd. Er moet wel op worden gelet dat de beddengoed en handdoeken niet bij de eerste prijs zijn inbegrepen en elk €90 extra kosten maar dat was voor ons geen probleem.

Casa amplia, limpia y en un sitio tranquilo

La estancia en general bien. Tuvimos algunos problemas tecnicos con la caldera, que hicieron que los dos primeros dias no fueran muy buenos, pero Carlos estuvo atento y en contacto con nosotros y el técnico de la caldera para arreglarlo. Por lo demás, la casa es amplia, estaba limpia y está ubicada en un sitio tranquilo, para nosotros mucho mejor, pero se necesita coche. Tiene poco menaje en general, pero por lo que estuvimos hablando, es así desde el covid, asi que tened en cuenta que hay que llevar un mínimo para poder lavar platos, papel, etc...

Estancia buena pero deberían solucionarse algunas cosas

El propietario es muy amable y con una cordial disposición pero a la casa le falta menaje y se debería cuidar el funcionamiento de la caldera, especialmente si se alquila en invierno.Además teniendo en cuenta que parece que no somos los primeros afectados leyendo comentarios de experiencias anteriores.
