There are really few words to describe how breath taking, and cute this house really is in words, but i'll try my best.

Besides from geographically being in arguably one of the most beautiful areas of all Southern Calfornia, La Jolla, San Diego . The panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean can easily speak for itself.

15 min from Sea World. 25 minutes from San Diego Zoo. 164 steps from the sand. This house offers everything you could want for your family, friends, and guest for the most ideal ocean front living at it's finest.

Our open concept living space and kitchen area gives you a full time view of the ocean at all angles. The house was built in the 1950's and with it's original bones in place, the house was recently refurbished and remodeled to fit even the most luxurious guest. Everything is new.

A giant back patio with plenty of seating for all your guest will make life of the party. A large 8 person massage therapy Jacuzzi spa is best during the evening sunset or on a clear, moonlit, and star filled sky.

Our large driveway and street parking makes it extremely accessible for all your vehicles or guest cars.

Sand toys, beach chairs, surfboards, boogey boards, and many more essentials are all at a moments grab ,and run down on the beach in less then a minute.

With everything you could possibly want for the most leisurely , or fun filled visit, Chelsea St Seaside Cottage has it all.

Just book it!

Rentals don’t get much better than this. Check in process was smooth and Cody had great communication. His place is well stocked and does not feel like a rental, kitchen has everything you need and the deck is gigantic! There were no bad elements of this VRBO. 10/10 stay

Quiet location just north of Pacific Beach and south of La Jolla. The pictures do not lie! The place feels huge; the back patio is paradise. Little extras are available that other owners forget, and the kitchen is incredibly well-equipped.

SoCal is a tough place to find a truly clean rental. This place was immaculate! And the pictures do it no justice. Clean, quiet, great location, incredible views and stocked with all the essentials. The host had great communication. We've stayed at numerous VRBO's and this one is towards the top of the list. Very spacious and plenty of seating inside and out. Every person on our vacation absolutely loved this rental (ages 12-75). Thanks again and look forward to staying with you in the future!

Loved the location on a quiet street. Two minutes walk to the surf beach. Incredible view. Great indoor outdoor living room and terrace. Love the open floor plan. Friendly neighborhood and lovely restaurants a short 10 minute walk away.

Amazing beach cottage with incredible view

Our family of four had a fantastic long weekend at the cottage. The home is comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. (Appreciated the extra towels and comfy beds!). Location was perfect. We enjoyed walking into town for meals and coming back to the incredible view. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. We hope to return in the future.

View can't be beat

We had a wonderful stay. The home itself is great--very comfortable, spacious, and had everything we could need in the kitchen and beyond--but the patio and view take it over the top. As other reviewers said, the photos don't do justice to the 180 degree views. It's such fun to watch the surfers, tide poolers, kite surfers, and waves all day. Keep your eyes out for whales and dolphins, too--we saw both. Managers were very responsive overall and jumped in when we had an issue with the washing machine. Location is great: walkable to the shops and restaurants in Bird Rock, and also to North PB if you're willing to walk >a mile as we were. So nice to have plenty of parking, too. Can't say enough good things!

Beautiful view

Absolutely beautiful location and the view is amazing, the only negatives about the home is the smell coming from the decomposing seaweed from the beach. At times it is so overwhelming that you have no choice but to close up all of the windows and doors to avoid it. And the second would be the master bedroom bed, It’s a little too firm for my liking, and the bedframe squeaks very loud anytime that you move. Cody was a great host and the home is very clean and well taken care of.

Absolutely AMAZING Property

We have rented a lot of properties and this one I would give 50 stars if I could. First off the pictures don’t do it justice the home and the views are just spectacular and breathtaking, we love to cook and i wasn’t in need of anything. It had every kitchen tool and gadgets along with every modern kitchen appliance. Serving dishes, pots pans, air fryer, plenty of glasses and plates (which is usually a problem at other rentals) and other places say they supply beach towels and usually leave you 2 this house had plenty. Also plenty of extra towels etc for showers. I’m a germ a phobic and this place was SPOTLESS. Also the area and neighborhood was gorgeous. If you have any questions during your stay the owner Cody got right back to you. We will not hesitate to rent there again it’s our new go to rental when we visit our son in Sandiego. WORTH EVERY PENNY 👍

Beautiful vacation!

My family of five adults enjoyed a very relaxing visit at Cody’s place. The house has beautiful water views and a huge outside deck overlooking the ocean. The location is a short walk to all the cute coffee shops and restaurants in Bird Rock and a short drive to the village of La Jolla. I highly recommend Cody’s place and would definitely stay there again!

This beautifully dreamy cottage is in a stunning location with close access to the beach, long walks, restaurants, shopping and more!
