Very pleasant apartment with sea views, Sierre Nevada, Castel d'Almunecar, the town of Almunecar. Very calm urbanization. Large and pleasant terrace, living room, dining area, bathroom (shower) completely renovated in August 2018, large bedroom with 2 90 cm memory foam mattresses, sofa in living room with bedding for 2 people (1.60 cm) , safe, washing machine, ironing board and iron, fitted kitchen, 2 freezers, fridge, gas stove, gas oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo, coffee maker, electric kettle, extractor electric juice, beach equipment, linens, towels, gas barbecue, etc. Collective swimming pool and always the possibility of parking even in July and August.
