About this property

Surround your family and friends in the luxurious beach home. Part of the "Beach Music Rental Houses" complex and winner of the 2018 Best Resort in Orange Beach award! 8 large bedrooms with smart tv's. Two masters with king beds and nice bathroom and walk-in shower, two other king bedrooms with private bathrooms with walk-in showers, two queens and two bunk rooms with 4 single beds each share another bathroom each.
Large kitchen and dinning area provides two refrigerators, two dish washers and a ice machine.
Private elevator makes getting upstairs easy!
Our property is prime beach front with a large boardwalk leading to the sugar white sands of Orange Beach.
This house has a private pool to relax around while the kids play.

While this house isn't directly beach front our property is beach side of the road. You are approximately 300 feet from the beach boardwalk. We also offer 4 & 5 bedroom houses.

Meet in the Middle

We picked this location since it was about halfway between family members in Texas and Florida. The property was exactly as advertised! Great space for a large group. We had 10 adults and 3 children and there was lots of space inside and outside to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of plates, silverware, cups, baking sheets, etc. There was both a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot. It’s just a short walk through the complex to a great beach. Definitely a place to stay again!

Couples Trip

This was such a great house!!! We had 8 couples and so everyone was able to have their own room. The communication with management was excellent and they were so accommodating! Easy walk to beach! Kitchen was fully equipped. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect Corporate Retreat Location

Numerous King & Queen bed, 2 refrigerators, 4 coffee pots, 2 BBQ grills, Huge dining table, and huge sitting area for meetings or watching football games on TV. Dozens of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Host management company was exceptionally accommodating.

Great location! Everything was very clean. Lots of room… We had 20+ people stay and we had plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. Just a simple walk to the beach. Everything about the property was great!

Great place for a large family

Stayed 5 nights with 21 family members. House had plenty of room for all of us. Beach is close and the private pool was a definite plus. Owners responded to questions very quickly, politely and were very accommodating. We would highly recommend this property!

A very significant Easter 2023

We love this home. It is only a 2min walk to the lovely beach. My family is many people & all were so comfortable. This was our second stay at this home. 2023 was a very significant Easter - unforgetable for us all to be together.

FUNERAL HOUSE

We rented this house for family coming for a funeral. It was perfect for us. Plenty of room for our group of 14. Loved all the bedrooms and baths. The elevator was a huge plus since I suffer with back pain.

Great blended family stay

Ample space to blend or hide as each desires. Staff very helpful and are easily summoned should you have question or problem. Very well furnished kitchen including grilling implements. Charcoal grills. We stayed in unit 9; units 9/10 are farthest from beach but still short enough walk to get my 83 year old mother down to the beach every day. There is no beach chsir service on the beach directly next to these properties but Ike’s chair service at the Phoenix West II will set you up chairs on the western most aspect of that beachfront. If you want to watch a sports event on the smart TV in the common area you may require a lap top connection.

They really enjoyed the amount of space of this rental, the cleanliness, and a beautiful sunrise. With the exception of a little hiccup with the elevator, the overall experience was very enjoyable.

Family oriented

Family oriented all around living space. Very spacious. Short walk to the beach. We had a couple of issues but they were fixed in a timely manner. Things that couldn’t be helped. They were ever so grateful and helpful at every issue we had. Loved it and will definitely go back.

We would definitely repeat this venue in the future. Reliable setting that delivered on all our major expectations upon our actual stay experience. 1 minor 'even better if' bathrooms lacked small waste baskets. We utilized our own bag capture. Not a significant point, just a friendly heads-ups. Well done overall!

Birthday Getaway

Our family of 24 fit perfectly in this home for my son's 10th birthday getaway. The home is decorated beautifully, the beds were unbelievably comfortable, the house was clean and the elevator was a life saver!! We were offered early check-in and Kay was attentive to all of our needs! The beach is literally a hop and a skip away and we had endless food options. I would definitely book again!!

Family trip

We stayed there with family. The house was plenty big enough for all 10 of us. We did experience trouble with the elevator a few times. We had 3 handicap people with us so we really needed it working. The manager was as helpful as she could be. The area was nice and there was plenty to do within a hours drive. Restaurants we went to were great along with the staff at them.
