This is a 2 level Condominium townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (sleeps 4 max).

Stay & relax at this comfortable, cozy townhouse on Ski Run Boulevard.

It is centrally located in the city of South lake Tahoe, less than a mile to the Lake front; 5 mins to the casinos at State Line, NV.; and 2 mins to the ski lifts of Heavenly Ski Resort (California Lodge).

Once you step inside the condo, you will find yourself in a nice retreat.

The spacious Living Room boasts a nice view of the Heavenly ski slopes, where you can also curl up on the sofa, in front of the warm and cozy fireplace, after a day out.
A HD TV, and a blue-ray DVD player are in the Living Room.

Whether you choose to cook a wonderful meal, make a simple breakfast, or bake a cake, our fully equipped kitchen has all the utensils and crockery you would want.
We have new stainless steel oven, cooktop, and vent put in summer 2016.

The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, a HD TV and DVD Player, a good size closet, chest of 2 drawers, 2 bedside tables, and a balcony that opens up to the serene woods.

The Second Bedroom has 2 twin size beds, a chest of 5 drawers, a bedside table and a closet.

Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished with a mountain cabin theme.

There are 2 bathrooms in the unit, one upstairs, and one downstairs.

There are also a washer and a dryer in the unit, installed in 2016, which make it convenient for you to do laundry.

No air conditioner in the unit - 2 fan towers are supplied for cooling.

High-Speed Internet connection (WI-FI) provided.

We take pride in keeping our condo clean and well maintained, so as to ensure our guests always have a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Short stay

The property was adequate, however it was very hot the four days we were there. The unit had no AC but it did have two fans. The beds were uncomfortable and housecleaning mixed up the day we were leaving. They came two days early and entered the unit and began cleaning, even though our belongings were there. We ended up leaving a day early.

Wonderful stay in Tahoe!

Angela was an excellent host - super responsive and nice! Location is perfect for exploring Tahoe and the place has plenty of space for 3 (and could comfortably fit for a 4th as well).

Great location!

The location was great. Close to the beach and casinos! Downstairs is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and then upstairs is the living room and kitchen and additional bathroom. It was a hot weekend and there was smoke outside from nearby fires so without ac we were pretty hot inside the condo. I recommend you bring additional fans. There are only 2 at the condo. Thanks!!

Could not have loved our stay more!

Could not have loved our stay more! The condo was the perfect size and location. This was our first time in South Lake Tahoe, and after this stay it certainly won't be the last. Everything is within a 15 min drive or less, from hikes to beaches to the village/shops. While it did get a bit warm upstairs during the afternoon/evening (as to be expected given A/C isn't typical there), the downstairs bedrooms were the perfect temperature at night to sleep. Do not have enough good things to say. Can't wait to be back!

Very central location. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The owner is extremely kind, helpful, and available to promptly answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location for this condo

We had a good time at this condo, it's perfectly placed just far enough from the noise from south lake. Very nice neighbors and the kitchen was equipped so we can cook our own meals. The stairs are a bit of a challenge.

The condo is spacious for 2 people. It’s in a quiet area, but not far from the main streets. We did not have problems checking in or out. I very much appreciate the detailed information provided regarding staying at the condo (what’s available for use, parking, WiFi, and anything else in between).

Heavenly ski condo

Beautiful Area, we where just upset about the cleanliness. The bed sheets smelled like sweat, and the couch also had an unpleasant odor. Still though we’re grateful for our time there. Thank you. But for next time I suggest the property is more tidy

Good ski trip spot

Owner was very responsive. Great location and close to the California and Heavenly Village bases to get mountain access. Not walkable but free parking at CA base, several pay options at Village. Property was well maintained and good size for group of three, but not a lot of room for gear or if the group were bigger. Comfortable beds, good water pressure/hot water, kitchen stocked with dining supplies and cookware, but will need to supply all other kitchen basics outside of salt and pepper. Enjoyed our stay and perfect for our ski group of 3!
