This little house is ideally situated, very close to the beach (5 minutes walk) but not directly on the parking lot nor the road, it's tucked in a small street in the trees :)
The space has 2 floors, on the ground floor we have a nice living room completely opened on the private and closed wooden terrace. The large and comfy sofa bed along with the retro chair seats the whole family for movie night! The "Freebox" gives you access to wifi but also to many TV channels (international).
The seating corner near the kitchen is perfect for a dinner inside or a computer session (not photographed yet)
The kitchen is large and well equipped (induction stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle..)
And the toilet is separated from the bathroom.
Upstairs we have a main bedroom that closes with a door but has a half wall open onto the living room (which you can close with curtains), with a double bed, large cupboards, and a nice skylight which gives a lot of light and a great view from the bed.
A complete bathroom with bathtub shower and sink.
And a mezzanine bedroom (open on one side onto the living room) with a single bed that opens up into a queen size bed.
during high season (july-august) we rent weekly only, from saturday to saturday, unless there's openings (ask me ;)
linen can be rented for the stay (sheets 5€ per bed, towels 15€ for 6 people or 5€ per couple)
baby equipment available for free (potty, pack n play, high chair)
beach equipment available for free (umbrella, moored boogie..)
I just bought and renovated this house, I am actually finishing up this week to be ready to rent july 14th, so be aware there might be little finishing touches missing, but your comfort is my priority so I will do everything to make your stay the best!
The house is right across "Les Bourdaines" beach in Seignosse, a very famous beach break, that has a cabana on the beach to eat and drink, 2 surf schools, and a brewery/bar on the parking lot. It is very close to "Le Penon" where you have a farmer's market 3 times a week + many restaurants, bars and shops. The Hossegor beaches and lake are also just a bike ride away.
There is a beach shuttle in the summer but the best is to have your own car, or at least a bike. There are many bike paths in this area so you can go everywhere with your bike.
