The flat (approx 60.75 sq m / 654 sq ft.) is in the City of London - the capitals main financial district and its original historic heart. The flat is near river Thames and is surrounded by some of the capital’s most famous sights – including the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Other sites include St Pauls Cathedral, Tate Modern, Globe Theatre, South Bank Arts centre,The Gherkin. It is a fantastic base for exploring the Capital and all the major attractions.

Shakespeares Globe Theatre is most definitely worth visiting and a trip to the West End, which is a most for the varied productions that are on all year round.

The flat is 150 meters from the Tower of London with Tower Bridge just slightly further away.
The flat is within easy reach of the river, and with Fenchurch and Tower Hill stations less than 2 minutes walk away, access to the rest of the city could not be easier. The flat also has excellent connections to rail and Tower Gateway Docklands Light Railway (DLR) station, which provides a convenient link to Canary Wharf and London City airport.



The flat is also on major bus routes including the Heritage No.15 tourist route from the Tower of London to Trafalgar Square and London river buses and cruises departs from the Tower pier next to the Tower of London, for further travel through the City of London.
Other attractions in the area include the museum ship HMS Belfast, the Monument - Christopher Wrens memorial to the Great Fire of London, all of which are less than a twenty-minute walk from the Tower Pier. You can also try walking to Sir Francis Drakes ship the Golden Hinde, the Millennium Bridge and St Pauls Cathedral from the flat.

There are many pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the flat, including French, British, Asian, Indian and American Bodeans BBQ.
More expensive restaurants are located close to Tower Bridge and the Eyeballs; the Mayoral building along the South Bank of the river towards Tate Modern.
More cafes, shops, restaurants and a larger supermarket (Waitrose) are located in St Katherines Docks - a small marina. St Katherines Docks is a short walk from Tower Bridge.

The flat is located on a street named after Samuel Pepys, the London Diarist. It is said that Samuel Pepys watched the Fire of London from the tower of the All Hallows Church in 1666. All Hallows Church, which is only 3mins walk from the flat, is the oldest church in the City of London dating back to the 7th Century and where William Penn, the founder of Pennsylvania, was baptized in 1664, and John Quincy Adams, 6th President of the US, married in 1797.

Perfectly Situated Apartment!
Anthony's apartment in London was wonderful. Had all the amenities one needs and was so close to so many sights. Five minute walk to the Tower of London, the Uber boat, local pubs and Wetherspoons. Calum was a gem and very helpful with tips and suggestions. Anthony met us at the property and showed us all the ins and outs of the apartment. The apartment itself was exactly as described - roomy, bright and beautiful views of Trinity House and the Gherkin at night. A true haven in a busy city.We loved our stay and if we come back to London again we'll be making a bee line for Anthony's apartment. A true hidden gem. Thank you Anthony!

Perfect Set-up
The apartment was spacious with floor to ceiling windows and everything we needed for a two-week stay. There were quite a few items you always need for your first day or two already in the cupboards and the refrigerator. The bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture. Having a washer/dryer was an added bonus along with the heated drying rack. Additionally, having a doorman and a locked front entry made us feel especially safe. We would rent the same place again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Anthony dropped off some shopping for us which was very thoughtful. The location was great, so easy to get around London on the tube or uber boat. You can walk to so many of the sights and the Thames is just a very short walk. Easy to fly into Heathrow and catch a tube from the airport and Tower Hill tube station is a very quick walk. Our plane arrived early and we were able to leave our luggage with the concierge at the front desk while the flat was getting ready so we could go and visit the sights. He was so helpful and friendly. Look forward to staying there again in the future

Exactly as depicted. The apartment is roomy and well setup with everything you need. Bed was very comfortable. The location was great as well, with a 2 minute walk to the Tower Hill tube station. Anthony was very friendly and helpful, and always quick to respond to questions or offer recommendations. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay!
We could not recommend this property, nor Anthony, enough. He met us at the apartment and gave us a tour explaining how everything worked, there was a folder with further instructions as well as information on London, the tube and some great pubs! The apartment was spotlessly clean and the location was the best, close to tube stations, buses and river transport. Thanks for a great stay Anthony!

Wonderful Location and Accommodations!!!
My wife and I spent 2 weeks in London and loved Anthony’s flat! It was all that was described and more! He welcomed us and showed us everything that we needed to know, there’s also an extensive guide book that thoroughly explains how everything works. It was wonderful being just a block away from the historical Tower of London and Tower Bridge and the views from the flat were great! We spent each day exploring London and it was great being so close to the flat when exiting the Tower Hill Underground station! Calum, at the front desk, was a wealth of knowledge and was happy to share shopping, eating and more with us!! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and/or stay at Anthony’s any time finding ourselves in London!!!

Well equipped, secure flat in great location
We spent 6 days days at Anthony’s Tower Hill flat. It is well equipped and comes with a helpful binder of instructions for all the appliances. The flat itself is spacious and proved to be a great home base for our wanderings around London.

Location and Value
This flat provides immediate access to the Tower Hill Station which allows freedom to go anywhere very quickly. There are several good restaurants nearby and of course the Tower of London. The flat has it all and is spacious - though we never cooked - we were too busy. Despite the railway below the bedroom window, it is peaceful. Anthony was a good host and Calum, the building manager is awesome as well. Very pleased on all accounts.

Great location near The Tower of London
Loved the location-round the corner from the Tower of London and Tower Hill Station. Everything was literally 20 mins away! Checkin was easy. The apartment was great-space was good. The basket of adapters was excellent. View was really good-the area was great.Local pubs were also good. Tesco express was pretty close Stayed for nearly 2 weeks and was very happy.

We stayed in London a few days before our cruise. This apartment was in a great location for sightseeing, restaurants & relaxing. The property is well stocked & there are instructions for appliances, window opening & more. It has huge windows in every room, balconies & lovely view of The Gherkin building. The concierge, Calom, is a true delight & so helpful.

What an amazing place to stay. The unit is right in the center of everything, a 1-minute walk to the tube and a quick walk to some great restaurants and bars. The unit itself was clean bright and had everything that you would need. Anthony was easy-to-reach if there was an issue and the front door men were able to answer any question we had.

This flat on an upper floor of a residential building was exceptional in space in the rooms, multiple windows and views out across the new high-rises in London. We stayed for three nights ending three weeks in the UK and had not stayed in the Tower Hill area previously. Superb access to tube, Southbank, The City, and despite it all, very quiet. Did some meals in-house, and the kitchen set-up and bath are the kinds one would appreciate at home. The owner was exceptional in communications and reacting to a change in our plans that impacted our exit, and we really appreciated that. Would stay here again.

Great location!
All good, except I was quite hot. I turned the thermostat off in the bedroom, but it was still hot in the apartment. I didn't cook at the apartment, because I couldn't figure out the appliances. I was able to make coffee. I was only able to heat food in the microwave, because it had a clear 30 second button. Furniture is not too comfortable, but we weren't there much. Loved Cullum at the reception desk...what an entertaining fellow:)

Comfortable apartment in the heart of London
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. Great view of the "Gherkin" building, and a partial view of the Shard. Even though it's in the middle of a bustling area, the apartment was very quiet, we weren't disturbed by outside noise at all, nor indoor from neighbors. The concierges in the building were extremely helpful on our arrival and departure, a real boon when you are moving luggage. Communications with owner Anthony were very easy. The apartment is located a short walk from 3 underground stations and a national rail station, offering a multitude of different rail lines to get anywhere in London or beyond - so, a brilliant location. We could get to both sides of the Thames with very short walks, and enjoyed many different restaurants, pubs and attractions. Hopping on the underground and using tap-to-pay made day trips so easy. Recommendations for things to do and see (and not): - The Shard - The View at the Shard is a little spendy but well worth it. - Afternoon Tea at Ting, in the Shard... honestly, very very expensive and not worth the price. Do The View at the Shard instead, and go somewhere else for afternoon tea. - Discount Suit Company cocktail bar is in walking distance and very fun. - The Attendant cafe - well worth the trip to get an excellent breakfast or lunch in a very different kind of place! We look forward to returning here in the future when we go back to London again. Thanks for hosting, Anthony!
