Welcome to Sea Oats Villa 5!

Vacation at one of the best vacation rentals in St. Augustine Beach! This 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo is located in a small boutique complex of only 9 units and has been recently fully renovated. Brand new windows recently installed. Direct oceanfront with a private dune walkover for ease, you are sure to spend plenty of time on the wide, white sandy beaches.

After a fully day of exploring the historic district or beach combing for shells, gather together in the comfortably furnished living room to watch a movie on the flat screen tv, or relax on the fully screened in porch listening to the waves. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa for those extra guests.
The Guest Bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, and offers a peaceful respite. The Master Bedroom offers ocean views, king bed, flat screen TV plus DVD player and its own full bathroom.

In the hall is another completely renovated bathroom offering plenty of counter space and a shower. Cooking meals is a breeze as the bright and clean kitchen offers plenty of essentials including a Keurig, pots, and pans plus plenty of dishware. Order in or go enjoy the local restaurants along the A1A Beach Blvd, including several shops for souvenirs or other needs.

Sea Oats Villas #5 will be the perfect place to spend your St. Augustine vacation and we hope you will be our guest!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

Great access to beach and restaurants

This is our second stay at Sea Oats. We love the location with private access to the beach, and that it’s in walking distance to restaurants (fun nightlife on the island!). The unit is beautifully updated and stocked with almost everything you need. (Scissors and a whisk would be nice additions). Management is friendly and responsive. You can’t beat waking up to the ocean view. You can even see the ocean from the shower! We will stay here again.

Bihner Family St Augustine Bch Weekend

The listing was as promised. The condo was on the sand but sadly the weather did not allow for any walks on the beach. Enjoyed the heck out of the view from the living room as well as the master bedroom and the small deck. Very calming to have coffee each morning and enjoy the waves. Great breakfast spots nearby. Thanks so much!!

Vacation 2026

Property was exactly what we expected. Beach view from balcony was great. The downside was it was cloudy 95% of our stay, one day it rained all day, 2 out of 3 of the beach chairs were broken, but my husband and I relaxed a lot and read several books and ate a lot of delicious seafood. A cloudy day on the beach is better than a great day at work! No sadness here!

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo location and surrounding neighborhood was excellent. The 2nd floor balcony was screened so no bug issues in the evening (and morning) while we enjoyed an amazing view (and sounds) of the ocean. A short walk on their private deck and on a little path through the dunes made beach access easy. Spacious and updated EVERYTHING makes this Condo an excellent place to stay when visiting the area.

Graduation get away

Property was great and perfect location with ample parking. I never received a code for the door, so there was a delay in being able to get into the property. Called VRBO and they contacted property manager and problem was resolved immediately.

Amazing views!

My husband and I were very pleased with our rental. Well maintained, very clean and the perfect location! We enjoyed front row views of the ocean/beach and beautiful sunrises! The property is in close proximity to Old Town, The Alligator Farm and many restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this rental property.

Wonderful location with very nice furniture and kitchen. There is a problem with the Master Bath sliding door. If you close it you might not be able to open it.

Relaxation Plus!

This property is A+ in every way! My husband and I stayed with our 34 yr old son. First class accomodations right on the beach, upgrades all the way. Our son enjoyed surfing, we all enjoyed hearing the surf from our screened in outdoor sun room. Location is close to downtown St. Augustine, but far enough away to feel remote and quiet (except for the renovation noise from the downstairs unit). We needed a 12" skillet, and Management delivered it just in time for breakfast next morning, great customer service! Would have liked to spend a whole week here.

A great place

This place is perfect. Right on beach. You can hear the ocean sitting in screened in porch. If weather permits open the living room doors and let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep Mgt responds quickly to any issues.

Wonderful rental, amazing view of sunrise in the morning. Extremely clean property, neighbors were great. Highly recommend staying here again. Crabby’s beachside has amazing drinks and food. Harry’s downtown is also a must stop. We will be back. Thanks again

Great Unit but Needs a Little Attention

This unit is in a great location to both old town St. Augustine and the beach and provides very easy, walkability to restaurants, desert shops, and of course the beach. The unit was very clean upon check in, was well decorated, and looked very much like the pictures provided. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because despite having been recently renovated, there are many "little things" that still need attention. Handles to doors are loose, doors are broken at the bottom with little pieces of wood missing, toilet paper holders are falling out of the walls, and one of the sinks in the master bathroom was not properly working, and the front of the oven was being held together with duct tape. These issues did not affect our ability to stay or enjoy our time, I just feel as though for the price you are paying to stay, that those items would be addressed. Again, overall it's a beautiful spot, great access to the beach, very clean, and I would consider staying here again assuming those items are taken care of.

Location was great. View wonderful. Additional skillets, mugs and place settings would have been great. I think there were only 3 or 4 table knives the 2 skillets probably should be replaced. Plenty of bath and beach towels.

Relaxing In St Augustine Beach

My husband, his brother and wife and I came down to attend a concert at the AMP. We rented Sea Oats 5. Lovely and very quiet. Lovely sun rises over the ocean. Neighbors were very friendly. Would stay again!

Perfect Place to stay at in St. Augustine

This property is perfectly situated right off the beach. There are 2 access areas to the beach. The beach is not crowded at all. The apartment comes with all that you would need for a comfortable stay. Endless realty is very responsive in all communication. No hesitation with recommending or making a repeat trip here.

Enjoyed our stay at this larger recently renovated condo. We were missing some things such as steak knives and serving bowls. After notifying management, we received the next day. Condo could use some tlc.
