Anne and Emmanuel are happy to welcome you to this cottage built in this longère of the 1900s (farmhouse)
Inside this semi-detached house of the owners, you will find all the amenities necessary for a family of 5 people.
You will have the possibility to relax on the terrace, the garden, the beach or with all the sports or cultural activities accessible "a stone's throw away".

Sehr ruhige Lage
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer kurzen Sackgasse. Der Fußweg zu dem schönen, ( bei Ebbe) weitläufigen Strand beträgt 10 min. Sehr netter Vermieter . Wir haben uns gut erholt !

Un séjour reposant à la découverte de la Côte d'Opale
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le gite d'Emmanuel et son épouse. Le gite est situé en contrebas de la rue et bénéficie du calme. Gite spacieux , lumineux bénéficiant d'un espace jardin avec table de jardin où nous avons pu manger dehors certains jours. Proche de Boulogne nous avons découvert le magnifique aquarium Nausicaa (à faire!). Nos hotes étaient absents lors de notre arrivée mais joignables et sont venus nous saluer dès leur retrour.

Un gîte rural de charme avec une situation idéale
Nous avons aimé la maison, le jardin, l'emplacement et le confort de ce petit village qui surplombe la mer. Belles balades dans la forêt d'Écault, le marais de Condette, le château d'Hardelot, et passage à la Cantine d'Emma!!

Un très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille au sein de ce gîte. La maison est propre, fonctionnelle et bien située (la plage surveillée est à 3 ou 4 minutes en voiture), le petit jardin est très agréable et les hôtes sont charmants et arrangeants.

Clair, vaste et tranquille.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la clarté du logement ainsi que le calme apporté par le retrait de la rue, comme un petit coin de campagne à la mer. Ajoutons le sens de l’accueil et la discrétion des hôtes. Seul le soleil nous a un peu boudé !

Agréable gîte dans quartier très calme mais bien situé
Ce gîte est très agréable, à l'arrière de la rue passante et donnant sur de la végétation, contribuant au calme de cet hébergement. Emmanuel est très sympathique et accessible. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux 😄 Attention, le linge de lit et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement proposé par Anne et Emmanuel. Endroit calme et propre, récemment rénové. Malheureusement, l'odeur de la peinture était encore fort présente. Jolie attention de nos hôtes le dimanche de Pâques ;-)

Le sentiment d"être comme chez soi entre Hardelot et Boulogne sur Mer où nous avons visité Nausicâa. Nous avons été accueilli par Anne et Emmanuel dans ce gîte ouvert sur la campagne à deux pas de la mer et de ses ballades entre bois et plage. Merci encore pour ce séjour. Colette et Olivier

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die in der Anzeige abgebildeten Fotos scheinen sehr alt zu sein und entsprechen nicht dem aktuellen Zustand des Inneren des Hauses. Das Mobiliar war z. T. defekt und unbrauchbar. Die Ausstattung war sehr spärlich und alt. Der Höhepunkt war die Toilette, die dem Standard des 19 Jahrhunderts entsprach und logischerweise vom Vermieter nicht auf einem Foto gezeigt wird. Das Innere des Hauses bedarf einer gründlichen Renovierung und Modernisierung. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Klasse Urlaub - immer wieder gerne
Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, und man gewöhnt sich auch schnell daran, dass WC und Dusche auf zwei unterschiedlichen Etagen sind ;-) Es ist genügend Platz und der Bereich direkt vor der Wohnung ist prima zum Spielen, grillen und Kühe beobachten geeignet. Man hat dort seine Ruhe und die Kinder können problemlos draußen toben. Auf den Bildern sieht man neben dem Haus einen asphaltierten Bereich - dies ist der private Parkplatz für die Vermieter und die Mieter der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist in einer Sackgasse, so dass man wirklich ungestört dort ist. Die Vermieter sind unheimlich nett, immer erreichbar und kümmern sich sobald was an der Wohnung ist. Klitzekleiner Nachteil an der Wohnung sind die fehlenden Vorhänge; somit kann man in die Wohnung fast komplett einsehen. Allerdings gilt dies nur für die Vermieter, da dort sonst niemand vorbei läuft. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar und sogar zu Fuß möglich. Einfach ein toller Sandstrand mit kleinem Café am Strand. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub:-)
