Casa Mimma is a modern and elegant apartment on the 2nd and last floor of a historic building, welcoming and comfortable, very functional and with attention to the smallest details, with high ceilings. Accommodates up to 4 people.
The lift goes up to the 1st floor.
85 square meters, separate kitchen, large living and dining-dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, furnished with care.
For up to 4 people, not suitable for children because the decor is delicate.

The apartment has high quality linen, heating, air conditioning and free wifi. It is equipped with parquet flooring in all rooms, except in the 2 bathrooms and in the kitchen.

Francesca, the owner, lives in the same building, in the apartment next door, so she will welcome you and take care of your needs during your stay.

The apartment has just been renovated, in the historic center of Pavia, near the Duomo, the University, Piazza della Vittoria, in the pedestrian area, near supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

In Casa Mimma there are rules that we ask to respect:
1. Smoking is prohibited in any room of the apartment
2. Please separate the garbage in order to recycle it
3. The apartment is located in an elegant building, therefore we ask you to have a respectful behavior by avoiding noises in particular between 22.00 and 08.00 in the morning. No party !!

Check in normally from 16.00 to 19. 00, however admitted until 21.00 without additional costs.
Check in will be possible even after 9.00 pm, but a surcharge will be charged according to the arrival time
Check out before 10.00
Upon your arrival you will be asked to make a photocopy of your identity card or passport. Only the persons indicated in the booking and therefore registered will be able to stay in the apartment.
