Tropical Family Home in Ft. Myers Beach on popular North End. Dog Friendly!
A fun yet relaxing tropical house in quiet residential neighborhood with a screened-in porch, propane BBQ grill, patio, fully-equipped kitchen, Keurig, drip coffee maker and French Press, Wi-fi, beach supplies and more.
Main ensuite bedroom has a King bed, full bathroom and access to the screened-in porch. Guest room 1 has a King bed, ample storage and a full closet. Guest room 2 has a Queen bed, dresser and closet. The living room sleeper sofa unfolds to another queen sized bed to accommodate extra guests.
The white sand beach is a quick walk away. We supply a beach cart, towels and chairs. Located on the popular North End of Fort Myers Beach, the house is 1.5 blocks from multiple restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, Times Square and the powder-soft sands of our world famous Beach. Enjoy boating, fishing, waterspouts, parasailing, paddle boarding, kayaking in the mangroves with manatees & dolphins plus more.
Fine or casual dining options are available on the island. Ft. Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples are a short drive.
We are dog friendly ($100 fee) but unfortunately cannot accommodate cats.
Hearing impaired fire alarm available upon request.
*1 Bed/1 Bath downstairs apartment that sleeps 4 may also be available for larger groups. Please inquire about availability.*
One week minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday. Main renter MUST be at least 25 years old.

We're originally from Buffalo, NY but have lived in Ft. Myers Beach for 15 years. Annie leads yoga classes around Southwest FL & Jim can be found relaxing on the beach. We love the relaxing tropical atmosphere & can't wait to share our home with you.
Why they chose this property
The sands of Ft. Myers Beach are powdery soft. The dolphins are most active early in the morning & I love walking with my morning coffee. The friendly neighbors, the local watering holes (see Greg at the Lani Kai & Roxanne at Wahoo Willies!) and relaxed atmosphere of Ft. Myers Beach bring us so much joy. Having a quiet residential neighborhood home to come back to & create memories in makes it even better.
What makes this property unique
We're a quick walk - just 1.5 "beach blocks" to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, Times Square & the action on the popular Northern End of the island but far enough away to take a break from it all. We're happy to welcome your dog but unfortunately can't accommodate cats.
