Villa located on the heights of Ajaccio, WITH private POOL, built on a plot of 9500 m2, privileged road situation for access to the many beaches, sites of the city and its surroundings. Discreet immediate neighborhood. You will be very quickly either in the maquis, or at the sea, or in town. From the property you can go on foot on many beautiful marked hikes located on the "chemin des crétes". Air conditioning in all rooms of the house.
To note, a studio in the lower ground floor of the fully independent villa is occupied all year round and not overlooked. Arrived on Saturday at 4 p.m., and departure on Saturday at 10 a.m.

Super Villa !
Nous sommes vraiment ravis de cette villa, qui correspond exactement à la description de l'annonce. Tout d'abord, les contacts avec le propriétaire, avant notre arrivée, étaient cordiales et toute interrogation de notre part a été vite levée. Ensuite, à notre arrivée nous avons étaient accueillis avec beaucoup de sympathie. Enfin, la maison est vraiment très bien située (sur les hauteurs d'Ajaccio) facile pour circuler, sortir de la ville et se rendre aux plages. L'équipement est très complet, comme à la maison! Vraiment rien à dire ! Nous recommandons sincèrement cette villa qui en plus offre une vue magnifique sur Ajaccio.
