De vacances au top!

Maison parfaite pour 6 personnes, assez spacieuse avec tout ce qu’il faut, place pour vélos et voitures, sans airco mais pas problématique. Super chouette terrasse avec piscine. Bien localisé, au calme mais quand-même proche de tout! Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, à recommander!

A short holiday break

Nice little pavillion a little bit tired but it was out of season when we turned up. We had a few issues with plumbing but the property manager was fantastic and came over tout suite and fixed the blockages etc. Safe for my dogs. The beach was close by for great walks. Great if you enjoy seaside, lakes and seaside towns but not much else to do in the area.

Des vacances presque parfaite

La maison corresponde bien à l'annonce, tout est très propre et très bien rangé. Elle est spacieuse et très bien organisée. La cuisine est superbe et ne manque quasiment rien. Quartier est très calme, juste à coté de la forêt et il faut dix minutes à pieds pour traverser la grande dune et se retrouver à la plage. Le petit centre avec boulangerie et les commerces est à 15 minutes à pieds , une très jolie promenade , surtout le soir pour les marchés nocturnes. La plage est immense et magnifique, les vague géniales, mais plus pour les bons nageurs et les enfants plus grands. Mais il y a aussi des parties plus calmes et surtout surveillées, donc tout le monde peut en profiter. Le seul point négatif, l'odeur de la papeterie à Mimizan (à5km) que nous avons senti plusieurs fois, dès que le vent tournait, heureusement la plupart du temps il venait de la mer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A refaire sans hésitation. Merci

Belles vacances à Mimizan

Résidence très agréable avec un équipement de la maison complet. Un propriétaire très aimable et professionnel. Le lieu est idéal. La forêt juste à côté pour des promenades à pied ou en vélo. Une des belles plages de la côte Landaise. Ne pas hésiter à faire une promenade sur la plage en tout début de matinée et encore mieux assister à un coucher de soleil. Le centre plage est très animé sans une affluence excessive et des prix qui restent très corrects. Un petit marché ouvert tout les jours avec de beau produits locaux.

erholsamer Urlaub in der Vorsaison

Ein schönes, gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht, mit vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Einzig die Betten waren für uns zu klein, Länge ebenso wie Breite und die Matratzen zu hart, aber das ist nur unsere persönliche Meinung. Garten ist hundesicher eingezäunt und der Vermieter ist völlig unkompliziert.

Wunderbar

Waren als Ehepaar samt Hund 14 Tage in der Nebensaison da, sehr ruhig, sehr leer, für uns bestens. Kommunikation und alles hat für uns absolut gepasst. Die Betten sind recht schmal.

Zu empfehlen mit Hunden

Grösse und Ausstattung des Hauses sind top. Auch mit mehreren Hunden ist man willkommen und wir können das Haus auf Grund der Lage für Ferien mit Hund wirklich sehr empfehlen. Die Papierfabrik konnten wir lediglich an einem Morgen für ca.1h geruchlich warnehmen. Da nicht mehr in der Saison auch an dieser tollen Lage wunderbar ruhig. Wetter wie bestellt😎merci beaucoup

nous avons passe une super semaine dans cette location fonctionnelle et agréable nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire au niveau vaisselle et appareils ménagers literie excellente notre petit chien a pu rester dehors un maximum grâce au terrain bien entouré et la situation est idéale: égale distance de la forêt et de la mer gardons l'adresse dans notre répertoire

Schönes gut eingerichtetes Haus für einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Haus zum Jahreswechsel 2016/2017 verbracht. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene ( jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer ) und ein Hund. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch die Badezimmer sind sehr schön. Der Kamin hat es zu dieser Jahreszeit natürlich noch etwas gemütlicher gemacht. Der Ort war aufgrund der Wintersaison sehr ruhig, dennoch gibt es alle Geschäfte, die man braucht. Die Papierfabrik in Mimizan ist, wenn der Wind ungünstig steht,leider zu riechen, allerdings ist es uns im Haus nicht so aufgefallen. Den Garten und den Wintergarten haben wir aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht nutzen können, wäre im Sommer jedoch echt toll. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, und wir können uns auch vorstellen, wenn wir diese Gegend nochmal besuchen , wieder dort zu mieten.

Parfait !

Jolie maison bien équipée et à proximité de la plage ! Véranda bien appréciée le matin ou les jours un peu frsiquets . Propriétaire sympathique et disponible . Jardin bien clos , notre petit chien plutôt fugueur ne s'est pas échappé et à bien profité de ses vacances comme ses maîtres ! Location à conseiller .

Sehr hübsches Haus

Sehr hübsches Haus in ruhiger Lage. Der wunderschöne Strand ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das eingezäunte Grundstück ist perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Die Terrasse mit Grill ist perfekt, der Garten hinter dem Haus könnte etwas gepflegter sein.

Super Haus, schöne Lage, nur zu Empfehlen!

Sauberes, modern eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum wunderschönen Strand mit angrenzender Promenade. Sehr guter und netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Nur zu empfehlen!!

Gemütliches Haus !

In kurzen Worten: Schönes gemütliches Haus, wo man ein wenig noch an der Sauberkeit arbeiten könnte ! Ansonsten ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Das Haus war mit Hund perfekt (eingezäunt). Würden auf jeden Fall nochmal dieses Haus buchen !!!

Superferien in Mimizan und in diesem Objekt

Wir waren das erste mal in Mimizanplage. Der Ort und das Meer sind sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus war bei der Übernahme sauber und in einem sehr schönen Zustand. Der Gestank von der Papierfabrik haben wir zum Teil auch gerochen, da der Wind aber häufig dreht war es nur kurz und hat uns nicht wirklich gestört. Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für Hundehalter da der Garten komplett geschlossen ist. Die Gegend um Mimizanplage ist ausserdem sehr hundefreundlich eingestellt und der grosse Wald sowie der fast leere Strand ( September ) eignen sich super für lange Spaziergänge mit dem Hund. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden sicher wieder nach Mimizanplage und zu Herrn Magahales zurückkommen.

Un très bon séjour à Mimizan !

Une très jolie maison pour un bon séjour à deux pas de la mer. Nous avons apprécié le confort, l'équipement, la déco de cette location! Comme prévu dans la description, la plage et les commodités sont vraiment tout proches, et les alentours de la maison sont très calmes. Les propriétaires ont été très agréables avec nous et ont répondu à toutes nos attentes. Mimizan-plage est une très mignonne ville côtière, avec ce qu'il faut d'animations et de dépaysement. A refaire et à conseiller !

maison rénovée paisible à deux pas de la mer

Maison récemment rénovée avec tout le confort moderne, des proprio en or qui hésiteront pas à vous aider dans votre séjour. Emplacement plage-sud (la meilleure / nord) en retrait du centre 1 km-1.5 kms du centre où un marché couvert est ouvert tous les matins. Aller à la boulangerie le Bellis, au bar anciennement le jamaique (9 rue du casino) et à la pizzeria Pizz a pat. Manque juste quelques jeux de plage ou de société. Seul vrai regret dans cette location où tout était parfait : accueil,propreté,équipements (lave-vaisselle,barbec',sunbed),emplacement,calme. Une bien belle maison tenue par m'a-t-on dit les meilleurs loueurs de Mimizan-plage (ils possèdent 6 locations et vont faire un site bientôt).

Bravo aux propriétaires, nous reviendrons!

Maison spacieuse, déco soignée, ménage irréprochable, cuisine très bien équipée, literie confortable, propriétaires très simpa... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, au calme, à deux pas des plages et des pistes cyclables. La grande véranda est parfaite pour passer de longues soirées autour de la table et du babyfoot. Chien, chat et enfant ont apprécié le jardin, clos, ombragé et sans vis-à-vis. Nous savons où loger si nous revenons à Mimizan!

Très bon séjour,maison très spacieuse avec un équipement complet. Véranda magnifique et spacieuse.Proche de la plage ,des commerces et piste cyclable.Nous reviendrons volontié pour une prochaine location.
