A full suite of stainless steel appliances invites your inner chef out to play in the well-equipped kitchen. Meal prep is simple with a gas range and plenty of counter space.
When it’s time to eat, share special meals around the eight-person dining table.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This three story home accommodates up to ten guests between the five bedrooms.
The second-floor master bedroom is an elegant sanctuary with a queen bed, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a 40” TV, while the third guest room has a pair of twin beds. A guest bathroom around the corner has a tiled tub/shower combination.

The spacious backyard has all-around fencing, plenty of seating, fire pit and an open-air hot tub to relax and unwind among the pine trees.

Although this home does not have A/C, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures in the mountains.

With crystalline Lake Tahoe within a 6-mile drive and two major ski resorts in 13 miles or less, this home is perfectly positioned for your next South Lake Tahoe excursion. Camp Richardson resort is 7.6 miles away, and Stateline is 6.5 miles.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe home rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 12 people and 3 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use is allowed after 11 PM. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Pets are welcome. Prefer pets crated and not left alone. No excessive barking. No smoking is permitted. Please acknowledge house rules before renting.
