Beautiful beachfront home located 30 minutes south of Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Airport
Beachfront home located 30 minutes south of the Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Airport in a small, local fishing village.
As a guest you will have access to the livingroom, dining room (seating for 8), main floor patio, 3rd floor cabaña, 5 hammocks, beach access ramp, and wifi internet access (restrictions apply due to the type of service available in the region).
I work full time at the local university, but am available outside of my regular work schedule (Monday-Saturday from 8:00am-2:00pm). If I am available, I can arrange pick-up/drop-off from the Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport. I am also happy to assit in arranging or accompanying guests to the town of Petatlán to give them tours of the town center and show them around the most popular destinations in town.
Although I rent out my entire house; if I am in town I typically try to stay in one of the additional bedrooms so that I can be on-hand if a guest needs anything. If a guest is not comfortable with me staying in the house during their visit, I am flexible and have other lodging options; however, typically guests find the home large enough to meet their privacy expectations even if I stick around during their stay. Either way, I look forward to hosting you!

I am 29 years old and am originally from the Twin Cities of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota. Currently, I live on the coast of southern Mexico in the quaint village of La Barrita in the municipality of Petatlán, and work as the Chair of the International Education and Study Abroad Office at the Technological University of the Costa Grande in Petatlan, Guerrero. I enjoy socializing with friends, relaxing on the beach, playing with my pug puppy and traveling.
