Awesome location!

The location was great and the updates they have done are also nice. The beds are super uncomfortable though; I think some pillow toppers could go a long way! We could walk to the easy street lift which was a huge plus!

Close to sugar mountain slopes

The best thing about the property was the proximity to the slopes. Looks a little better in pictures than in person.

Great value

Fluffy white towels. Fully stocked kitchen. Close to slopes (literally in sight and walking distance!) and great communication, would definitely recommend this place and will come back in the future.

Don’t stay here!!!

The only thing that was nice was the proximity to the slopes…the whole place needs updating…especially furniture, mattress and bathrooms! I would rate cleanliness a 1!!!! Carpet was dirty and had hairballs all over it!! Gas logs did not work. Television did not have cable!!!

Location=5 stars!

Excellent proximity to the Easy Street lift for beginner riders. Laundry in unit, which is a major plus for drying winter gear quickly. Could do for some general updates across the board, but a comfortable stay nonetheless. Would happily return!

Good for the location but could be better

Ski in/ ski out is amazing. The property was ok but not great. There’s no pot holders so be sure to bring some. The twin bed frame was broken. We notified property management however it was never fixed. Door code did not work. Fireplace was very hard to get to work. Crumbs in the silverware tray so kinda gave me the ick.

Great option for families with young children.

The best thing about this property is it’s location adjacent to the slopes. It’s an easy walk to the lifts. Instead of having to pack a large bag of food and store all our belongings in lockers in the lodge as in past trips, we could stop whenever we needed a break and go back to the condo for a quick bathroom trip or lunch. Not having to haul skis/boots to /from the parking lot was a huge benefit also.

Dated, but great location

Nice property, but it is very worn from years of use and very few upgrades. Wood walls and doors are dirty, but it is hard to clean bare wood. It worked fine for my family because we are not super picky.

Love the Bees Branch complex. This unit was very accessible-short flight of stairs. The walk to the slopes is accessible for most physical levels. The stream below the complex is lovely and many little creatures scamper through that area. The unit itself was clean and there were many options for additional linens, if needed, The mattresses in the twin bed room were very hard and sleeping was tough there. The unit was supplied with the basics-a little short on frying pans. Unlike some of the other units we have stayed in, this one had an appropriate number of towels for the number of guests and the length of stay. Wireless was good-TV remotes did not work in the bedrooms-maybe batteries?? The exterior door to the bedroom was hard to lock. We would definitely stay again if this unit was available. Thanks for having us and we had a blast on the slopes.

Great location

The location is great. A 5 minute walk to the slopes. The condo was cozy and had plenty of room. It was pretty outdated but that didn’t bother us, it had everything we needed in a convenient location

Nice Location - Unkept Property

This cabin has a lot of potential, unfortunately is very unkempt. 1- Filthy cabin all around. 2- Smell of mold and humidity ( We had some allergy problems) 3-Furnitures old and broken : -Mattresses make noise and broken apart -Kitchen window is broken open where bugs/ bees /moths come in 4-All screens/ windows are dirty and dust everywhere 5- Kitchen items are all disorganized 6- In Laundry closet , we found lint on top of the shelf -The Iron is all stained black and dirty 7- Some doors are broken and all dirty 8- Some lightbulbs are not working and the rooms are dark 9- Pillows are old and stained/ not fluffy at all. We hope the bed sheets were washed before we arrived. 10- Carpets are all dirty 11-Balcony furniture are all dirty and moldy 12-When we arrived, there were garbage bags in the entrance 13- The dressers are dirty. We had to manually clean the drawers to put our clothes inside.

Good stay just no ventilation

It was a great with close proximity to lot of destination, house was well kept .but, it lacked ventilation and no fan and made sleeping miserable. We could not open most of the windows .. if we could there were no mesh to leave it open and one was worn out.

Family weekend

The location of this condominium was great as our family could just walk to get on the slopes.. However, the condominium needs to be totally updated! The kitchen needs new pots and pans..The sink constantly dripped .. The drawers where silverware were kept need to be cleaner.. the bathroom needs updating..toilets are very small... the bed in the queen room was not comfortable and so much cold air came in around the door in that room we were very cold and had to put blankets around it..All in all the condo is in a great location but seriously needs attention...

Perfect view

Perfect view of the slope and easy access for my family to run in and out during the day. They skied and came in for a quick break and then back out again. I gave it a 4 because furniture needs to be replaced desperately in the den. Actually felt a little dirty, sink dripped the entire time and hot water was very little. Loved the location can’t say that enough😉

Great condo on the hill

This was a nice get away for me and my daughter to catch the last of the fall colors, there were no major issues with the condo, it was clean and all the important stuff worked. There were only some minor issues (lights not working due to dead bulbs or unplugged lamps) that didn't affect our stay and a minor annoyance if you are male due to the counter over the back of the toilets. Would gladly stay in this condo again if we are back in the area.

Ski in/out vaca

Perfect location to be near the Easy Street/beginner slopes. We traveled with our son who is just learning so loved the location. Unfortunately the unit itself needs some upgrading. The dining chairs were about to fall apart and the beds were super squeaky. You could also hear the neighbors upstairs so made it tough to get good sleep since could hear folks late into the night. Overall really great location just needs some upgrading.
