Budget friendly stay

Our goal for our vacation was to spend as much time skiing and outdoors as possible. We needed a budget friendly place that would keep us comfortable, warm and dry. Management was very quick helping me with a small issue and had good results. It’s an older place that served its purpose. Family is looking forward to next year already.

The view is amazinggg here! We even woke up to it starting to snow on our last morning there! It’s the perfect little getaway! It’s so quiet and peaceful!

It was close to the mountains. The condo is very dated. The top of chair in dinning room came apart, and table legs very loose which we had to figure out and tighten bolts. An easy fix would be shampoo carpets and fresh coat of paint would help. We enjoyed ourselves besides all of the datedness. The kitchen cookware supplies are very good. Maybe and extra garbage bag or 3. We left the roll of kitchen garbage bags we bought and also our dish washer pods we brought. I would stay again.

Not worth the money

If you don’t care that the place has no AC and it’s dirty and it has fleas and the floors feel unstable this is the place for you. If you have disabilities or are slightly handicapped DO NOT RENT.

Great location and nice size. You're in the mountains so don't complain.

Great size with three bedrooms. Location is great if you are going to spend time on the mountain snowboarding or skiing. It is older and not much capex has gone into it, but get over it because it's all about location and having a good time

Horrible experience with house

The house was dirty, furniture was horrid, most was broken or didn’t work, fireplace didn’t work, it was dingy, dark and dirty, there were puzzle pieces on floor so obviously wasn’t cleaned, shower leaked, tv’s were 20 inches the one in living area sat on edge of fireplace but didn’t fit so it could fall on someone at any moment, it reminded me of an inn in a bad area a crack hotel, or a frat house. If you are taking family STAY AWAY. I would stay away period unless you are college student. The worst property I have ever stayed at what makes it worst is it was recommended by an agent from vacasa!!

Never coming back!

The online pictures were grossly misleading. Everything in the condo was well worn and outdated. Mattresses, sheets, sofa, chairs. It had a very narrow spiral staircase. No AC. We left a day early because we couldn’t sleep or relax here.

Great Mountain Getaway

We spent very little time in the location as we constantly out exploring the outdoors. The kitchen is packed with everything you might need. My only concern is an inability to adjust the thermostat.

Easy access to nearby restaurants and other amenities, the home was a little out dated but the 6 of us all slept comfortably and had plenty of room to enjoy each others company.

Clean, but dated

Some of the lights did not work, the furniture and decor was dated, but overall it was a nice place to stay away from home.

Management failed to respond in mely fashion

It took 5 messages to management to answer the question about AC and by that time It was too late to cancel our booking. When we first booked the VRBO info said the unit had AC but it did NOT. This was a feature that was a top priority for us. We left 2 days early because we were so miserable. The unit had a broken screen door which meant we could not get any cool air in without letting in bugs, there was no hot water even after following the instructions to flip the switch in the breaker box, and the sliding door in the upstairs bathroom was broken. These were all fixed when we called it in. The fact that we were led to believe that the unit was air conditioned and only after multiple attempts to get a response we learned too late. We had to go out and purchase fans to help make it through the days and nights. We would not stay here again. On the plus side the kitchen was the best equipped that o have seen .

Had a fantastic time.

The condo was perfect and the early check in was so appreciated!! The only complaint is the extremely loud neighbor above with 2 large continuously barking dogs. I got very little sleep but otherwise enjoyed the space.

What a perfect spot for a summer family vacation

Our family stayed for the month of July and we loved it. The unit was very clean upon our arrival and once we got settled we found it to be super comfy and homey. Although it was a bit big for just the two of us (3B/3B), this place would be ideal for a family. The location was great. Far enough up the mountain where you felt you were removed from the hustle and bustle of life yet close enough to anything you needed (grocery/restaurants/attractions). We loved the area so much that we're already planning on visiting again next summer. Don't forget to bring your puppy as the neighborhood is perfect for long walks and there are lots of "full time" fur-babies that they'll make friends with.

Terrific location for a summer vacation

The home was super clean upon arrival and once we were settled we found it to be super comfortable and "homey". Would be an excellent place for a family with the 3B/3B. Roads near this condo are pretty quite (especially during the week) so don't forget to bring your puppy to enjoy to terrific walks and to meet the "local" fur-babies who live there full time. The location is ideal as it gives you the feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle of every day life yet it is super close to all the necessities of grocery/restaurants/activities.
