The cottage La Rivière is a superb property character of the eighteenth century, renovated in 2014, located in the valley of LOT in Calvignac, village, the center of a region where you can discover many sites recognized as Saint Cirq Cahors, Rocamadour, Figeac or even the gulf / Padirac cave.

Our cottage has just received in September 2015 the label 5 stars by Gites De France

At the heart of the valley of LOT, with 6 bedrooms (one for the disabled), a park of one hectare and a heated swimming pool, this large lodging of 400 m2 is equipped to accommodate groups of 12-16 people an exceptional environment.

Magnifique maison - séjour très agréable
Groupe de 10 adultes, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette vaste maison très agréable, au calme et très bien équipée. Accueil très sympathique et à l’écoute. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. De plus, la région est magnifique.

Fantastique
Je recommande vivement cette demeure entièrement refaite à neuf avec beaucoup de goût Quelque soit le type de vacances envisagé, cette maison sera forcement parfaite - les chambres et les salles de bain sont superbes, la literie d'excellente qualité et les murs épais permettent une insonorisation parfaite - La cuisine permet de se sentir "comme à la maison" sans jamais manquer de rien - Le jardin est parfaitement entretenu et permet aux enfants de jouer en sécurité - la piscine, chauffée même en été, est toujours à la température idéale Et enfin, Yves le propriétaire, adorable, discret mais toujours disponible en cas de question ou d'envie particulière Nous y étions entre amis (4 couples et 5 enfants de moins de 3 ans) mais pensons y retourner avec toutes les générations de notre famille prochainement Encore merci Charlotte
