Beach and bars nearby

The location is close to a lot of things to do. It was good for our needs. Guests do need to know there is a loud bar across the street with loud karaoke and live bands until 2:00 am on the weekends. Unit doesn’t have A/C, which means your windows need to be open for a comfortable temperature. Outdoor furniture is in poor shape and interior living room furniture has some stains that cleaning would likely resolve. Property was not ready at 3:00.

Aww San Diego Trip!

Great space to stay at when visiting the beach. Room was just as described. Only issue we had was our truck didn’t fit in the garage and had to find street parking. If your vehicle is over 6ft 9in take a different vehicle or just hunt for street parking. Kids loved it.

Visiting our daughter

We wanted a beach trip only. We’ve been to the other tourist destinations. This location was fantastic for what we wanted. Attractions are close by but for a beach trip with parking I can’t imagine a better location.

San Diego Vacation 2022

Thank you for a great stay. The condo was amazing, everything was just as offered, we will be back. I have been in San Diego for some time almost every summer for most of my life, and this was the first time at this property. The only thing you could add would be some air conditioning, but with the great temps at the beach, we were fine with out it. See you next year, and Thanks, again.

Was satisfied with the space but it was hot!

The size of the space was great! The half bath was very dated with poor lighting. Kitchen was satisfactory. It was however, warm without air conditioning. Wouldn’t stay again

Good time at a great location

The location is one of our favorites, right on Pacific Beach. Close to the restaurants we like to visit and just a short drive to anywhere you might want to visit. The unit was as described, spacious for our 4 adults. Most importantly, communication was great. Quick responses and very informative.

The place was exactly as advertised. Can’t beat the location-right in the heart of PB. Great shopping, food and beach just steps away. Nice big private patio too. I’d stay again!

Close to the beach but noisy at night.

Property was clean. Right by pacific beach and easy check-in. I’ve come to this property for 30 years the biggest problem with this particular unit is the weekend night club outside your bedroom. There was a jar of earplugs left next to the bed (big warning). Wish we had known just too noisy for us.

Great location

This place is in a great location!! No need to rent a car because everything is right there, but if you do they have a garage for parking which is a plus.. Very clean and Kathy was there to answer all my questions right away. The noice was not an issue for us . Would stay here again for sure and recommend it to anybody ! Love San Diego

In the heart of PB

The property is right across the street from PB pier. There are restaurants, shops, and bars within crawling distance. The location is perfect. Having a secure parking garage is a huge bonus. There is a very popular bar directly across the street so it's very noisy at night. Earplugs are provided. I sleep like a rock but for anyone with noise issues it could be a problem. The building is older. The condo has been redone but really needs some deep cleaning.

We travel all along the coast of Southern California and use rental properties preferably over hotels. This place was as advertised. Quality linens on the beds really topped our stay off!! Property manager Kathy super responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner.

Pros: Loved the location although a bit noisy. Covered gated parking was a plus. Many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Beach views were amazing. Filtered water pitcher in refrigerator and Keurig coffee machine. Beach toys like buckets and pails and boogie boards. Several towel bars in the main bathroom meant no issue hanging all our bath towels. Cons: Door code wasn’t in welcome email, we had to contact owner for it. Only one small couch and comfortable chair for a space supposedly for seven. One of us had to sit on a hard dining chair. WiFi password didn’t work. TVs had no channels. Watching streaming service crashed TV after 10 minutes every time. Blinds didn’t turn to open or close fully. Some of the lounge chairs out on the shared patio were rusted and unusable - possibly not owners responsibility. Fire alarm went off but wasn’t loud enough to have woken us up if we had been asleep. Secondary bathroom was very small. Things some may care about: Only one coffee option which we didn’t care for and no creamer provided. Second bedroom doorway is partially blocked by one of the beds.

Awesome.. Location, Location, Location!

We had a nice time during our stay here. The location puts you right on the beach and the boardwalk strip. You can walk to everything. Kathy was readily available at all times for questions and concerns. She was a pleasure to work with.
