About this property

"Villa Lechner" is our family's holiday home with a splendid view of the ski slopes and churches of the historic village of San Candido. 5 minutes walk from the pedestrian center and the ski slopes. First floor apartment with triple exposure.
Our house has a beautiful view of the Baranci ski slopes and the historic center of San Candido.
It is a three-story house and the apartment is on the first floor. Large living room with kitchen and stube, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies.
Washing machine washer dryer and dishwasher. Oval bench with 7 seats to spend evenings in company playing cards with the board games present in the house.
Cellar for storing skis and boots and bicycles.

Great Location

Plenty of space for my wife and I and our two adult sons on vacation. Location is great for day trips around the Dolomites and the proximity made groceries, places to eat and drink a quick walk through the pedestrian tunnel and out to downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice view and not so clean

Apartment has a nice view, nice location and is well equipped. On the negative side the apartment has not been cleaned properly - old bread in the basket, half eaten sport bar in the drawer, hair and body hair on various places, dirty dishes and pots, etc. In addition the apartment has only one parking space and it is problematic if you come with two cars (7 people). Free or charge parking is 10 minutes walking distance. Last but not least walls are not well insulated so you can hear a TV from the neighbor in the middle of the night and neighbor down below has been complaining for our washing machine during the night. GOOGLE TRANSLATE:L'appartamento ha una bella vista, buona posizione ed è ben attrezzato. Sul lato negativo l'appartamento non è stato pulito correttamente: pane vecchio nel cestino, sport bar mezzo mangiato nel cassetto, capelli e peli in vari punti, piatti e pentole sporchi, ecc. Inoltre l'appartamento ha un solo posto auto ed è problematico se vieni con due auto (7 persone). Il parcheggio gratuito o a pagamento è a 10 minuti a piedi. Ultimo ma non meno importante, le pareti non sono ben isolate, quindi puoi sentire una TV dal vicino nel cuore della notte e il vicino in basso si è lamentato per la nostra lavatrice durante la notte.

Un Capodanno immerso nel paradiso

L’appartamento era completo e confortevole. Posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro del paesino. Vista spettacolo e proprietario cordiale e disponibile. La consiglio vivamente a chiunque perché ne vale davvero la pena.

Great Dolomite location

We had an excellent 4 night stay at the apartment and the view from the balcony is spectacular. It is a 5 minute walk into Innichen via the underpass to a very cosmopolitan village with good shops and restaurants. The bathroom, bedrooms and utility rooms are all very smart. As there is no oven or micro wave you need to be prepared for cooking on the hob or eating out. We did a combination of the two and it was fine. A visit to the tourist office is important for information on the area - the cable car ride up from Sexton Helm was excellent. We mostly enjoyed driving all the passes we could through the Dolomites - lake Mesurina is a must! We loved our stay and would certainly recommend it.

Esemplare!

Trovare una casa: pulitissima, accogliente e in perfette condizioni, è il sogno immobiliare di chiunque prenda in affitto un appartamento. Il tutto in questa struttura: dagli arredamenti, alle finiture fino alla stube in ceramica concoccore all piacevolezza e al buon gusto. Assolutamente consigliata!

Un passo dal cielo veramente !!!

Bellissimo, accogliente, caldo e dotato di tutti i confort. Vista impagabile sul borgo e sui Baranci (come da foto). Posizione ideale a pochi minuti dal centro pedonale grazie al sottopasso praticamente adiacente alla casa. Già prenotato per il prossimo anno :)

Schöne Wohnung in prima Lage

Eine schöne und gepflegte Wohnung, die Lage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten wie Wandern oder Radeln. Lift auf den gegenüberliegenden Berg sowie Bahnhof und Fußgängerzone von Innichen sind in fußläufiger Entfernung. Die Aussicht ist so grandios wie der Name schon vermuten lässt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, eine empfehlenswerte Urlaubsunterkunft.

Accogliente con posizione invidiabile

Splendida vista sui Baranci e sulle chiese del paese. Zona pedonale raggiungibile in pochi minuti grazie ad un sottopasso adiacente al l’appartamento. Arredamento molto accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort. Già ti prenotato per il prossimo anno così siamo sicuri di tornare.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was perfect, well equipped and the owner really helpful! The walking distance to the village is unbeatable, and the train is only 10 mins away if you want to go to Mount Elm, which in my opinion is really well organized with ski rental and heated deposit. The weather was stunning, which helped too :-)

Sehr ordentlich. zentral.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Für 4 Personen ist gut Platz. die Lage zu allen Ausflugszielen und zum Zentrum war sehr gut. LEider auch etwas laut, wenn man die Fenster oöffnet. hat uns aber nicht gestört, da es schon kühl.

Come a casa tua

Tutto ciò che vorresti da un appartamento per le tue vacanze: spazio, quantità di accessori, pulizia, funzionalità e massima disponibilità e gentilezza da parte del proprietario, signor Alberto, e del Signor Giovanni che si occupa dell'accoglienza; una casa dove, anche se capita qualche acquazzone, non ti dispiace più di tanto perché anche in casa stai bene.

Ottima accoglienza... il Sig. Giovanni molto cordiale e sempre disponibile. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort...non manca veramente nulla. La casa è veramente a due passi dalla zona pedonale. Spettacolare veduta sui monti Baranci. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e a completa disposizione. Grazie ancora Sig.Alberto . Saccucci Franco e gli amici.

Casa accogliente e Ben curata

Abbiamo passato una settimana in questo appartamento molto accogliente , ben curato ..come essere a casa :-) rende di più dal vivo che in foto :-) L'accoglienza è stata perfetta ..molto cordiale il Sig. Giovanni. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort addirittura la lavaasciuga , non manca nulla ne per preparare pranzi o cene. La casa era molto calda , riscaldamento perfettamente funzionante e volendo regolabile anche personalmente . Il caminetto in montagna ha il suo fascino ..ovviamente per chi sa come usarlo . La vista sulla pista da sci e i monti Baranci spettacolare ..specialmente le sere quando è illuminata. L'appartamento è veramente a due passi dalla zona pedonale e circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla pista da sci ..che consiglio a tutti di fare il percorso lungo il fiume ..spettacolare :-) Il proprietario è stato carinissimo, gentilissimo e a completa disposizione. Appartamento consigliatissimo a tutti ..non ve ne pentirete . Grazie ancora Sig.Alberto ..e chissà che non ci rivediamo anche il prossimo anno. Famiglia Dal Pino

Bellissimo appartamento sito in ottima posizione

Bellissimo apaprtamento, pulito, spazioso con due bagni e due stanze, dotato di tutti i comforts e molto caldo. Apprezzata la presenza del kit di benvenuto con tisane, camomille etc, presenti anche detersivi per lavastoviglie e lava-asciuga. L'appartamento è dotato di parcheggio privato e cantina dove riporre gli sci, veramante a due passi dal centro, non vicinissimo alle piste, alle quali consiglio di arrivarci con la macchina, in 5 minuti ci si trova sotto il Baranci. Siamo stati molto bene, San Candido è molto bella e la gente è molto cordiale ed ospitale. Proprietario e persona di fiducia in loco disponibilissimi e gentili. Concludendo, appartamento ideale per 4 persone, consigliatissimo a tutti. Andrea Mozina

Accogliente e posizione bellissima

Siamo stati accolti con molta cordialità e abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e perfettamente allineato alla descrizione pubblicata sul sito. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e la posizione è invidiabile a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dagli impianti di risalita. Il divano tirolese é un optional che cerchiamo sempre e che qui abbiamo gradito molto. San Candido è la vera perla delle Dolomiti e sicuramente torneremo presto. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Andrea

è troppo cara

Abbiamo soggiornato a San Candido che e' davvero la perla delle Dolomiti. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato è stato abbastanza confortevole però per il prezzo pagato non abbiamo avuto il servizio adeguato. Quando siamo arrivati l'appartamento era freddo. La temperatura era stata tarata al massimo sui 21 gradi telecomandato a distanza dal proprietario. Di notte il riscaldamento veniva spento , a San Candido la temperatura di notte scende meno 10/15 . Inoltre al mattino non si riaccendeva automaticamente intorno alle 6:00 o alle 7:00 il primo che si alzava doveva impostare la temperatura per farlo ripartire sempre al massimo 21 gradi. Le pentole assolutamente inadeguate e inesistenti. Il camino inutilizzabile i nonostente le indicazioni sull'annuncio ne segnalavano l'uso. La foto sull' annuncio del panorama andrebbe allargata di zoom conprendendo la statale che porta in Austria sotto sotto le finestre dell'appartamento con tanto di via vai di camion e treni

una meraviglia da rivivere e rivedere

Un soggiorno indimenticabile. Tutto era come descritto nell'inserzione. Appartamento meraviglioso come tutto il resto..il paesaggio, il paese e la gente. Un posto da visitare ...lo consiglio a chi ama la montagna, la tranquillità e la natura oltre che l'arte.. La posizione fantastica..a due passi dal centro e a pochi km da tante altre meraviglie. .Ci tornerei anche domani. Tutto grandioso. grazie mille

Posizione invidiabile a 2 minuti dal centro

Siamo stati accolti con molta cordialità e disponibilità a dare tutte le informazioni relative all'appartamento. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento perfettamente ordinato, pulito e allineato alla descrizione pubblicata sul sito. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e corredato di tutto, ideale per una nonna come me in compagnia del suo bel nipotino di 11 mesi. La posizione è invidiabile: 2 minuti a piedi dall'area del centro pedonale e 6/7 minuti dagli impianti di risalita. Lo consiglio vivamente
