Beautiful, 3/4 Bedroom, 2400 SQFT, 1ST floor (no stairs) condo in Fiddler's Creek Community. This unit overlooks the 10th hole of the Rookery Golf Course. Situated just minutes to the beautiful beaches of Marco Island and Naples, you will enjoy everything Southwest Florida has to offer. The master bedroom has 2 walk in closets, master bath with dual sinks, a soaking tub and large walk in shower. It also has a separate entrance to the large back lanai. Two additional bedrooms and a Den/Combo that doubles as a fourth bedroom. The condo also has Xfinity HD cable and WiFi included! Our two car garage is stocked with beach chairs and bikes for your use. When you're ready for fun at the pool, you can enjoy the local neighborhood pool just steps from your door or head on down to the main clubhouse for the two large pools with waterslides and multiple dining options.
