About this property

Comfy home, plenty of space, conveniently located!

Welcome to our home in Athens! Our home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a large living area, and beautiful back porch ready for you to relax on. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, Downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath, living area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Please note we do not allow parties or group gatherings of any kind at this property. We take this very seriously and have a zero tolerance policy.

On the main level is the kitchen, living area, master bedroom (king bed), and master bath. On the second floor are two additional bedrooms (one with a King, the other two twins) and an additional bathroom.

Out back is a spacious deck with an outdoor dinning table and umbrella. If you'd like to grill while you're here, we provide a Weber grill for guests to use.

Well behaved dogs are welcome! Please send us a message to let us know they're coming. We have a large front and back yard but it is not fenced in. We ask that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedding.

** Please note, for full disclosure, that we do have ring security cameras on the exterior of the house and a decibel meter inside in an effort to deter parties at the property.

Awesome property and stellar hosts!

My family stayed here over the holidays, and they loved the space! We had plenty of room to visit with each other but could retreat to the back yard or upstairs to have some solitude. Super-clean, convenient to downtown, and situated in a cozy neighborhood that's great for walking. Hosts were easy to reach and incredibly accommodating! Loved our stay!

This Athens home was an excellent stay for us and our pups. We really enjoyed taking long walks through the beautiful neighborhood and encountering deer in the backyard. They were a joy to watch. The house was supplied with everything we could've needed to make meals for our week long stay. The mattress was extremely comfortable, so we slept soundly and woke rested. Thank you for having us. Great property

This space was exactly what we needed. Enough room for each of our teens to have their own space while attended a multi-day event in Athens. Only 15 minutes drive to downtown Athens, the location was perfect. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals with more spices and equipment than were use to from other rentals. We’ll definitely stay here again with our other events in Athens.

We loved staying here. It was as advertised… but…while most rental property owners supply the bare minimum, these hosts thoughtfully provided soaps, shampoo, bathmats, PLENTY of paper products, coffee, etc. I also loved that there was a magnifying mirror in the master bath. It’s the little touches like this which give this rental five stars.

This home has been upgraded inside. The beds are comfortable. It is well stocked. The washer and dryer are older, but work fine. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. We enjoyed walking our dog. No fenced yard We would stay again.

Perfect spot for a weekend in Athens

We spent graduation weekend here and it was perfect for our family. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants are close by and it’s close to campus. The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. There is a great deck for gathering outside. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!
