Excellently spread out over two floors (for greater privacy), BINI XOROI offers you all the space you need for a comfortable stay- both indoors and in the spectacular outdoor areas, which allow guests of all ages to find a place in which to relax and enjoy themselves. It is an ideal property for two or three families, or for a group of couples who wish to spend their holidays together, while maintaining a certain degree of independence and privacy.

The upper floor is divided into two impressive suites with double beds and quality wardrobes. These suites also boast of luxury ensuite bathrooms (one with a shower and the other one with a bath) as well as access to a large sun terrace with sea views, a second terrace, and a charming twin room, accessed from the master suite, which is perfect for children.

The ground floor has two large triple rooms (one with three single beds, and the other one with a double bed and a single bed), as well as another double bedroom. Each of these has access to the terrace and swimming pool, high-quality wardrobes, and views to the swimming pool or garden. They shared a bathroom with a bath and a toilet. The bright designer kitchen contains top quality appliances, as well as a large separate utility/ironing room, with washing machine, dryer and a second fridge. The elegant and spacious living room is also equipped to the highest level. It leads to a huge covered porch containing various living and dining areas, a brick barbeque, and the fabulous, large pool area. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace made of teak wood and a beautiful mature garden which has night lights, a variety of homegrown trees and seasonal flowers, providing you with a lot of shade to read or relax. The garden also has several sun loungers and a rocking chair. There are other terraces surrounding the house. Among them, you will find a ping-pong table and a great wooden bar with stools, outdoor brick shower, etc.

The villa can accommodate 14 people. This may be increased up to 16 by adding two extra cots or beds (an extra charge will apply).
