Welcome to Maree by the Sea. This coastal chic beach-view home is located in desirable Pirates Beach subdivision.

Relish never-ending beach views from both primary bedrooms and enjoy the stunning scenery through wall-to-wall windows in the open kitchen, living, and dining area. This charming home features decks on both sides, offering breathtaking views. The main deck is partially covered, while the additional covered deck off the living room is perfect for evening cocktails or an outdoor dinner. Just steps away from the beach, this location is ideal for family fun. Downstairs, you'll find a large, covered, concreted area great for grilling, setting up games, or gathering the whole family together.

Perfect house in the perfect location.

The house was really laid out well, plus it had all the features you could want. Two decks, the beds were great, the wall of windows were great for when we were inside, the amount of seating inside and the large table were all appreciated. It was so nice to walk from the driveway to the beach in just a matter of steps! I highly recommend this place!!

Great beach stay

This place is as good as adverted. It’s 100’ from the beach w plenty of room inside and lots of area outside for activities. Highly recommend if staying in Galveston.

We fell in love! House was big enough for teens, younger kids and adults to spread out and relax. Steps from the beach. Absolutely perfect in every way. Already planning our return visit 😀

Great time had by the entire family!

We enjoyed it here a lot, was not to far from the main drag but far enough away where we felt secluded and like we had the beach to ourselves. 10/10. Only downside was I would say was we couldn’t sweep up each day of I try and limit any crumbs or issues from having a toddler with us.

Perfect hideaway!

We got more then we expected in this beautiful property located in a safe neighborhood with a private beach just 50 yards from the house. Well furnished and super clean. Highly recommend this VRBO. Love the two patio decks: one on the east side to watch the sunrise over the ocean and the other patio on the west side to watch the sunset. Great view of the beach and bay. Quiet neighborhood with houses pretty far apart. Family really enjoyed our stay. Look forward to coming back next spring.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, stocked with essentials (enough for our 4 night stay), and the beds were comfortable. The best part was the location! So close to the beach! It was such a short walk to set-up shade tents and haul the chairs out to the sand. We had a very relaxing vacay and would book again.

Exceptional Stay

The beach house is very neat and clean with great views of the Gulf/beach. The house is laid out well with 2 bedrooms located on each side of the kitchen and living room, which is perfect for families. The house is neatly tucked within a nice subdivision but the location is still very close to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. Management was prompt and available with any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location, no frills

Had a great stay, cannot beat the beach location! Everything was as advertised and went smoothly. Only complaint is the bare bones nature of everything provided. Toiletries/paper towels/trash bags/etc were the absolute minimum required (including measured out detergent/soap in ziplocs). It's a business, and we get that! Just didn't give much of a welcome or hospitality feel.

Great beach view

This house was perfect for our family. The adults had king beds and the grandkids loved the room with bunk beds. So close to the beach and the front and back patios provided beach views. The hot water at the outdoor shower was much appreciated. The kids just rinsed off and or took their showers there and saved the adults time later! Neighborhood was very nice. We picked a great house to enjoy for spring break.

Very nice rental, right on the beach, plenty of room and in the middle of the island. The only "negative" is there are no bath tubs, so it was hard to bath our toddler. Other than that, great place and location, would rent it again.
