Located 4 blocks east of downtown and 10 min close to most activities, you will be poised to create lasting memories and enjoy the region's attractions. Reserve your stay today and relax in this beautiful comfortable indoor space to stream TV or chill on the private back patio.

The home is ready for everyone including families with kids. There are 2 bedrooms furnished with a queen, full, and twin bed accommodations. The back patio is ready to grill out and relax in the sun. The kitchen is fully functional and stocked with spices, condiments, a variety of utensils, and place settings for 6+. Linens, towels, and comforters are provided for your convenience. All laundry is professionally cleaned after every guest for your safety at Laundry Time.

Across the street is a small city park perfect for letting kids play. 1 block east is the Shooks Run walking and bicycle path. It runs north south and there are larger parks along the way.

Guests may use all kitchen appliances, Smart TV/Firestick and the back patio with a propane grill.

Reserved off-street parking is available for your vehicle. Public transportation in Colorado Springs is limited to buses. The main city bus station is located three blocks west.

Cozy small house close to downtown
The house is updated, bed comfortable, quiet and safe house. Downtown Colorado Springs is about 3 blocks but we drove there. I only gave it 4 stars because the back door to the patio was unlocked when we checked in and there isn’t a lock on the patio gate and there is an alley in the back where people walk by all the time. This freaked us out a little. The neighborhood was a little questionable at first but after the first night we felt safe. Not being familiar with the area I probably would have stayed closer to the suburbs. We were only given 2 bath towels a hand towel and a few wash clothes for 2 people staying 3 nights. Even though there were towels in a closet and I asked if we could grab more the owner said she would get them and put them out for us when we’re were out for the day which she did. Had there been washer and dryer I would have just laundered the towels. It was 86 one day and A/C worked fine for us it’s a window unit in kitchen. Next day was 34 degrees and heat worked fine. Michelle responded quickly To our messages.

We always come here when we’re staying in Colorado Springs and it’s always a lovely stay! Hosts are very gracious and friendly, the clean is always stocked and clean, and it’s close to all the best shops and restaurants!!

Very clean and great communication with property owner regarding request. The only negative was it was very warm during our stay, the ac was not big enough to keep the house cool. Would definitely go back!

We enjoyed our stay at this tiny house, it was wonderfully clean & equipped with everything we needed! The location was very quiet & located within 15 min of the attractions we wanted to see ( Garden of the Gods, the zoo, the Broadmoor, etc) & close to downtown & all the fun restaurants ! It was a great little cottage and very close to downtown. It was the perfect size for a party of 2 but could have hosted more if necessary. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for cooking! Just be sure to lock doors as some people pass through the alley way all day.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Cottage. It was so nice, clean and homey, much better than any hotel and more affordable. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, kids aged 12, 14 & 16. The bottom bunk bed was plenty roomy for my two teens to share. We loved the back patio for a cup of coffee or to just enjoy the quiet outdoors. My only suggestion would be to have a table on the patio that sits at least 4 people rather than 2. Otherwise, this is the perfect place to stay! Highly recommended!
